The sound meditation is intended to be used after you have sat with your Kikau,
After you have set intentions and gratitude.
So when that time is ready,
I invite you to lay down,
Get comfortable,
Get warm or sit up,
Place yourself in any position where you can fully relax,
Where you can surrender.
Now that you are in your position,
Begin to gently deepen your breath,
Feeling your belly expand,
Feeling your chest drop,
Feeling the movement of the air element in your body,
The movement of your breath,
Slowing this rhythm down,
Attuning yourself to the beat of the drum.
And as you fall deeper into your body,
Into your subconscious,
Letting go of any feelings of physicality,
As if your body were floating,
Fully supported,
Held by this earth,
Held completely in the safety of your presence,
In the safety of your space.
Continuing your gentle inhale and exhale,
Softening,
