Let's use this time to anchor back into the moment.

Focus on what is happening in the body right now.

Let a sense of how you are feeling.

Now let this go and try to locate how you feel in your heart space.

The deep intuition and knowing that is inside you.

Breathe in for 4,

Following the breath with a feeling of adoration.

Breathe out for 4 and continue.

Breathe in for 4 and continue.

Breathe in for 4 and continue.

Breathe in for 4 and continue.

Remember you can always come back to this moment.

It will always be here.
