I've worked with so many who have been bullied and they need to let out the negativity that has become so part.
I know having been bullied,
I know it's been part of me and I can fill up with air and let go of the negative.
And I feel that sensation of peace coming down from the sky.
It's coming down because I'm letting out the negative.
I'm letting it disperse.
I'm finished with it.
It's over.
Negative thoughts I've been holding for so long.
I'm going to take a deep breath.
I'm going to let it out.
I'm going to let it out.
Just take the time to let that air,
That breath fill your body with relaxation.
And as you let it out,
First it's relaxing your head,
Your forehead,
The top of your head.
You're feeling so much more relaxed because you're letting out that negativity.
You deserve peace.

Important not to force it or to try to find it or to try to discover.
