Welcome.

I'm Bruce Langford here to share a meditation of strength,

A meditation to bring you into your place of strength,

Confidence,

And empowerment.

One of the ultimate strengths is the ocean,

And the ocean truly can give us strength.

You'll hear the ocean and its birds,

The ocean and its power.

Make sure you're comfortable sitting proud,

Sitting strong,

Whatever that means to you.

You're comfortable.

You're sitting with confidence.

You take a breath.

You inhale with steady confidence,

And you let out the air again with secure confidence.

You are proud,

Like the birds.

You are the creature you were meant to be.

You are strong.

You are confident.

You are empowered.

Allow your strength to be part of who you are.

Allow your confidence to unwrap your body.

Be empowered.

Feel the vibrations of strength in your body.

They were always there.

They're a part of you.

Don't ignore them.

Allow them.

Allow them to be.

Allow the sensations you're feeling to be part of you,

Part of who you are.

You are a person of strength.

You are a person of power.

You are a person who allows the natural strength that is within you to just be part of you,

Part of who you are,

Like the ocean.

The ocean doesn't try to be strong.

It doesn't try to have incredible strength and power.

It just is.

It's relaxed.

It has a calm.

And yet,

It has power.

But it just is,

Just like you.

You have power.

You have strength.

Allow your strength to be your confidence.

Just relax and allow yourself to be strong and to be who you are.

You're like the ocean.

You don't worry about what the mountains think.

You don't worry about what the grasses have to say.

It's not your concern what the birds think.

You just are.

You are what you are.

You're strong.

You're calm.

You're confident.

Feel these vibrations of strength in your own body.

They were always there.

They're a part of you.

Don't ignore them.

Just let them be.

Allow the sensations you're feeling to be part of you,

Part of that person you are.

You are strong.

You are confident.

You are empowered.

Allow your strength to be part of who you are.

Allow your confidence to enwrap your body.

Be empowered.

Feel these vibrations of confidence as they run through your body.

These feelings that have always been there,

But sometimes they've been submerged like a sunken ship in the depths of the ocean.

Let that ship resurface.

Let it reappear on the water's surface.

Allow your confidence to be part of who you really are.

Enjoy the feelings that go along with this confidence.

Feel the pleasure,

The pleasure of this feeling of confidence.

It's part of who you are.

It's part of your strength.

It is you.

As you breathe in and confidently relax and enjoy this feeling of freedom,

You know that your confidence will always be there.

And you just have to enjoy it.

You just have to allow it.

Just to be because you're really,

Truly strong.

You're really,

Truly confident,

And you're really,

Truly empowered.

Allow your strength to be part of who you are.

Allow your confidence to enwrap your body and be empowered.

Feel the vibrations of empowerment that are running through your body.

It's a new feeling,

But it's somehow familiar.

It's a combination of your strength and your confidence.

It's part of the you that only you knew existed.

It feels amazing.

It feels powerful.

It feels right.

This feeling is the feeling of the vibrations of empowerment in your body.

This is how it feels to be empowered.

A combination of strength,

Of confidence.

It's what you really are.

And it's found in the ocean.

It's found in our world without even trying,

Without even looking,

Just by feeling,

Just by feeling this amazing vibration of strength and confidence and empowerment.

This feeling of empowerment is so real.

Just feel it.

Just feel it as you sit there meditating in confidence.

This is how empowerment feels.

This is what strength is like.

This is how confidence feels within your body.

It feels healthy.

It feels comfortable.

It feels relaxed.

It just is.

It just is there.

It just is in every part of your body.

It's in your hands.

The strength is in your arms.

And it's in your shoulders.

The strength is in your chest.

And it's in your core.

This confidence is part of how you carry yourself.

It's part of how you walk.

It's part of how you sit.

It's even part of how you lay down.

It's part of you.

It's in your legs.

It's in your hips.

The strength,

This empowerment,

It vibrates throughout your body.

It's in your knees.

It's in your ankles.

And this strength is in your feet.

You are strong.

You are confident.

You are empowered like the ocean,

Like the strength of the ocean.

It's a part of who you are.

Allow this confidence to wrap your body.

Be empowered.

Be strong.

Be confident.

Enjoy this feeling of empowerment.

It's all yours.

It's all yours to enjoy.

And wrap your body in this strength.

And wrap your body in the comfort of this confidence.

Feel your empowerment.

Feel how relaxed you are.

And yet,

How strong you are.

Feel what it feels like to be confident.

What it feels like to be strong.

What it feels like to be empowered.

It's beyond description.

It's a feeling that only you know.

You could describe it,

But it's only you who truly knows this natural,

Incredible feeling of strength,

Confidence,

And empowerment.

It's just who you are.

It's just part of you.

Fill up with another breath.

With confidence and relaxation,

Let it out.

Like the ocean breathes.

Like the ocean.

It comes in.

It goes out.

It doesn't try to do it a certain way.

It just lets it happen.

It's just relaxed.

The water does what it wishes.

It blends with the birds.

It blends with the sunken ship that's down there.

It just lets it happen.

It's not at odds with anything.

It's comfortable.

It's relaxed.

It's strong.

And it's confident.

And it's helping you to be empowered,

To feel those vibrations within your own body of empowerment,

Of strength and confidence.

You need strength.

You deserve to be strong because you are strong and you deserve to be empowered because that's your right,

Just like it's the right of the ocean to have strength,

But to show vulnerability,

To be calm,

To appear very,

Very gentle,

To have that incredible gentle side and yet be strong.

So as we begin to allow ourselves to wind down,

We simply continue to be relaxed,

Continue to remember that throughout the day,

If you have the day ahead of you,

You will be strong.

You will be confident.

You will be empowered.

Even when you relax,

Even when you're in a very gentle space,

You will remember how relaxed and strong you are,

How relaxed and confident you are and how empowered you are to be who you are because you are strong and confident and empowered.

These vibrations of strength are now more prominent.

They're more real.

They're more a part of your body.

They're part of who you really truly are.

They were always there,

But now you're embracing these feelings.

Remember this feeling.

Allow it to encompass your body and mind.

Allow these sensations to be part of who you are.

This is the conclusion of our meditation.

Be totally relaxed.

Enjoy your confidence,

Enjoy your empowerment.

This is you.

This is who you are.

This is you.
