This is a meditation for those of you who have been bullied by Bruce Allen Langford.
Thanks for allowing me to share with you.
I've been bullied.
May I feel safe.
May I feel kind.
This too will pass.
This too will pass.
I feel humiliated.
I feel injured.
And yet,
I know now I'm safe.
I'm here.
I'm by myself.
I will relax.
I will take a deep breath.
I will let it out slowly.
As I fill with breath,
I know I'm filling with safety.
And I will let it out.
And as I let it out,
I know I'm releasing the pain.
I'm filling up with safety and releasing the pain.
And I'm going to do that again.
I'm going to fill up with safety.
I'm going to release the pain.
And fill up with safety.
And release the pain.
And as I sit quietly,
I know I will move past this.
I know I will move through it.
I know I will be strong.
I know I will be strong.
I know I will.
I will not allow it to change me into the kind of person I don't want to be.
Because I want to be kind.
I want to be open.
I want to be caring.
But I do have to protect myself.
I do have to protect myself.
I deserve to feel safe.
And I deserve to retain kindness and retain the kind of person I am.
I deserve that.
I deserve to be happy.
And I will be happy.
And I'm going to again take a deep breath.
And again I'm going to let out the pain as I exhale.
So I fill up with safety.
I release the pain.
I fill up with safety.
I release the pain.
I deserve to be safe.
I deserve to be happy.
I deserve to be the kind of person I choose to be.
And I choose not to be mean.
I choose not to be cruel to other people.
Just because I have felt cruelty.
I will choose to be the kind of person I want to be.
And I will fill up with air.
And relax.
And as I prepare to go into a full meditative state,
I'm going to think of these words.
May I feel safe.
May I feel kind.
This too will pass.
