Welcome.
Thanks for coming to my sleep peacefully meditation.
I'm Bruce Langford and I appreciate you for coming here and you know you can fall asleep,
You can have a peaceful,
Calm,
Relaxing sleep and part of it is just allowing it to happen,
Just letting yourself relax,
Letting yourself drift into this place.
This place that I like to call mindfulness mode because you are in the mode,
The mode to let go,
The mode to relax,
To allow your body to go to this place of peaceful relaxation.
That's called mindfulness mode.
I like to go to a place that I remember as being calm.
I'm walking toward a field and the air is beautiful and feels fresh and just the perfect temperature and I can feel a light breeze blowing on my skin.
As I fill up with a deep breath,
I feel invigorated and relaxed at the same time and I come to this field with beautiful green grasses and clovers and I take a deep breath and it just feels fresh.
Everything about it feels relaxed,
Everything about it feels peaceful and I decide to lie down.
So I do,
I lower myself to the ground and I gently lie down and as I do I notice that the way the formation of the ground is,
It feels so comfortable as though my head is on a pillow and my body is in a completely comfortable place and I begin to let my muscles relax.
I notice how comfortable it is,
I notice how relaxed I feel.
I let my body just sink into the ground,
Sink into a relaxing state.
I continue to breathe deeply.
I pause and I let it out slowly.
I take another breath in through my nose and I pause and I let it out slowly and I notice my body sinking with relaxation.
I notice my forehead is feeling more and more relaxed,
Tension that I did have is simply draining away.
There's a feeling around my eyes,
A feeling that tension has simply melted.
My forehead and eyes are relaxed.
I just settle into comfortable breathing.
I'm noticing my breathing but not trying to change it.
I notice the feeling of the air moving in through my nostrils as I inhale.
I notice the feeling as I slowly exhale and then I begin noticing a peaceful feeling around my chest and my shoulders.
I feel as though I've let go of tension that was there.
I'm just allowing that tension to drift away.
As I continue to breathe,
I notice that I'm allowing more and more tension to leave my body.
I'm allowing tension from my chest to melt away.
And as it does,
I notice that my jaw is becoming relaxed.
I know this is one of the places where I tend to hold more tension than others.
So feeling that sense of relaxation is just a wonderful feeling.
I'm enjoying the feeling of peace that's coming over me.
I'm enjoying the feeling of relaxation.
I'm enjoying the feeling of calm.
Calm peace.
Calm relaxation.
And as I lie here in this peaceful place among the grasses,
I notice that I'm letting go of tension.
A diffused light coming from the sky.
Not too bright.
And yet it sends a feeling of comfort throughout my body.
A feeling of calm,
Relaxed energy where I know that I will sleep in a restful,
Calm,
Peaceful manner.
I just let everything else go.
Just calmly let it dissipate from my body.
Anything except peace and relaxation.
I continue to feel muscles in my body relaxing.
I continue to feel a deep inner sense of peace.
Calm,
Relaxed sleep.
Calm mindfulness.
A calm sense of being in mindfulness mode.
As I can allow myself to be in the mode by taking the time to let go,
To let my muscles relax.
Let my body sink to a deeply refreshing,
Calm mindfulness mode.
Sleep deeply and relaxed.
Sleep deeply and relaxed in a deep place of mindfulness.
Sleep deeply and relaxed.
Sleep deeply and relaxed.
