The inner radiance process is a tool that invites us to slow down, gather our energy, and share our radiance with the world. In under 12 minutes, you'll feel refreshed and connected to your inner shine! It is best done in a space where you can sit and stand.

Inner radiance.

This is a movement experience.

So please get yourself in a comfortable position to begin,

But know that you will move to a standing position.

We're going to begin by just slowing down the day,

Closing all of the mental tabs in your mind like you would on the computer or cell phone.

Closing down what you know you have to do next,

Maybe what you were just in the middle of doing,

Something that's far far out in the rest of your day or week.

Keep bringing your attention closer to this moment,

Knowing that you're giving yourself 10 minutes to be connected,

To slow,

And to feel yourself.

Feel the way that your body may be pulsating in this moment,

The state of your nervous system,

And the quality of your breath and your thoughts.

We're going to begin by running our fingers down the bridge of our nose.

So just take your index finger and run it down the bridge of your nose.

Take it to the right on your cheekbone under your eyes,

And then do that again with your left hand.

Bring your index finger down the bridge of your nose,

And then take it across the cheekbone under your eyes.

Now take both hands with your index finger and run them down the side of your face,

Along your chin,

And then let's do that again.

So bring both hands down the bridge of your nose,

Under your cheekbones,

Down the side of your face,

Around the chin.

One more time,

We're going to take both index fingers down the bridge of your nose,

Under the eyes,

Around the cheekbones,

Down the side of your face,

Around your chin.

Now we're going to take your finger,

Your index fingers,

And we're going to run them down your collarbone on both sides.

And then do that one more time.

And then right at the tip of your shoulders,

Where the collarbone meets the shoulders,

You're going to draw a triangle down to your sternum.

So do that one more time.

Put your fingers,

Your index fingers,

At the edge of where your collarbone meets your shoulder,

And then draw a triangle down to your sternum.

Now we're going to take your index fingers,

And we're going to draw a line from your sternum all the way down to your belly button.

And this is where you're going to want to stand up.

So now take your hands,

Using your four fingers on each side of your hands,

And press along your abdomen out to your hips.

And then take your palms and rest them on your hips.

And now you're going to run your hands down the tops of your thighs to your knees.

Do that again.

So take your palm on your hips,

Both hands down the tops of your thighs to your knees.

And one more time.

Palms on your hips,

Running your hands down the tops of your thighs to your knees.

Now we're going to take our hands from our knees and go down the tops of your shins.

And do that one more time,

From your knees down the tops of your shins,

Right to the base of your foot on both sides.

And then go ahead and just notice how you're feeling right now.

Tune into your body and see if you're beginning to notice a difference.

Now I want you to turn your attention to the back of your body.

We're going to use the power of our imagination.

We're going to begin at the back of your heart.

So imagine that you're standing behind yourself for a moment and you're looking at the back of your heart.

Imagine what it would feel like for you if you had wings coming out at the base of your shoulders.

What would you do if you were able to fly around and navigate your world in a completely different way?

What would that feel like for you?

Now from the back of your heart,

Bring your attention going up the back from the back of the heart going up through the spine all the way up the back of the neck,

The back of your head,

To the top of your crown.

And imagine at the top of the crown that there is a beautiful radiant orange color.

There may be a mix of some reds and yellows.

And just begin to see these colors not only above you,

Moving through you.

Imagine that your cells are radiating these colors.

Yellow,

Red,

White,

Orange.

You can imagine that you're radiating every color of the rainbow,

Every spectrum.

And from the front of your heart,

Begin seeing these colors radiating out from you.

Filling the room that you're in.

Just seeing these lights going into each and every nook and cranny of where you are right now.

Out the windows and out the doors going into the community.

And as they're out in the community,

They're going farther and farther down the lane.

Wider and wider into the next community.

And this light is intersecting everything in nature,

All of the people,

The automobiles,

And just let it keep going.

Anything or anyone that is ready to receive this radiant light from you will they'll receive it.

And just keep letting this light grow stronger and going farther.

If there's an area around the world where you would like to see this light go,

Send it now.

And imagine from where you're sitting,

As this light keeps emitting from your heart space that you can bring to your mind's eye,

The entire globe.

And with the power of your intention,

You can infuse this radiance into any area that you would like.

That really feels a strong resonance with you.

Remembering to breathe,

Keeping everything fluid and supple in your body.

I'm just giving another 30 seconds of sending out this radiant light from within.

And just slowly,

Slowly,

Slowly begin to turn down the dial,

If you will.

Slowing the flow,

Bringing your attention closer and closer to where you are.

In this moment,

Right here and right now.

Back into your space,

Back into your space.

And ever so slowly,

Move your hands to your heart.

And take a moment to offer a bit of your own presence and gratitude.

What is it that you're grateful for about being you in this moment?

And now take your index finger and run it down the bridge of your nose,

Under your eyes,

And around your cheekbones,

Down the side of your face and around your chin.

And go ahead and open your eyes.

And when you're ready,

Get ready to get back into the flow of your day.
