This audio has been created to help you become the powerful co-creator that you are in your life.
This practice can be done at the beginning of each day.
It will take you no more than five minutes.
It helps you to become aware that thoughts we have and that we become attached to then create feelings.
Feelings generate emotions and emotions bring forth action.
The more consciously we are aware of this fact we can begin attaching to thoughts that bring about good feelings,
Good emotions,
And positive actions in our lives.
This is not to say that anything that is heavy or viewed as negative is not a value but for the purpose of this audio it is to help one have positive momentum in the beginning of their day which will build on more positive momentum throughout the day.
So taking a moment to get in a nice seated position and I ask you to follow the next three breaths.
Place one hand on your chest and one hand on your abdomen and feeling your heart space open up and your belly expand with each breath that you bring in and feeling them go back down into a resting position with each breath that you exhale.
Doing this for the next three breaths and just letting any thoughts that you're having float by.
You may notice them but you don't need to attach to them.
Let them play by like a movie reel.
I'd like you to bring into your attention and awareness something or someone that you are very grateful for.
When you have the image in your mind's eye,
Begin sending gratitude.
You may already notice that something new has come into your awareness.
That is fine.
You may send this gratitude as well and continue sending gratitude for the next minute.
Now I would like you to turn your attention to something that brings you great joy to think about.
This may be a destination place that you would like to travel to and visit.
It may be a favorite location in your city.
It may be a good friend or family member or child.
And as you really connect to that joyful feeling,
I want you to think of something that you've really wanted in your life but feel for some reason that it's out of your reach and impossible to have.
Keep bringing it closer and closer to you and let the joy in your heart wash over any doubts,
Worries or concerns.
And just imagine yourself receiving and living with whatever it is that you're most desiring.
Just really imagine that you already have it in your life and you've been able to enjoy it and experience it already.
And now I want you to bring another thought to mind about something else that you've wanted and you've been afraid or doubtful that you can have it.
Imagine that it's already here and you're already living it.
I'd like you to take one more moment to say thank you.
Thank you to the feelings that you have flowing through you.
Thank you to yourself for your ability to imagine and sit in possibility.
And thank you for all of the things that you already have in your life that bring you great joy and gratitude.
And noticing that there's already so much to appreciate.
Keeping your heart space open to welcome more into your life as you begin your day.
