Welcome to this meditation.
Today I'm going to take you on a guided journey to manifesting or bringing something into your reality that you desire.
There is nothing too big or too small that you can call into your reality,
Into your life.
Manifesting or bringing things into our reality is not as simple as writing it on a vision board.
It's not as simple as writing a list and handing it over to the universe and saying,
This is what I want.
Please deliver.
It's far more complicated than that,
But it isn't hard.
It just takes commitment.
It takes a willingness and it takes an understanding of how the universe works in accordance with the three immutable laws,
The law of mentalism,
The law of correspondence and the law of vibration.
As you move into this meditation,
I invite you to come in with an open mind,
To put down your agenda and to allow what you desire to come to you through your intuition,
To come to you through that open heart space.
Let's begin.
Find a time and space where you will not be disturbed,
Where you are safe to close down your eyes.
Find yourself a comfortable space,
Sitting with your spine upright if you can.
And now close your eyes and take a deep breath in through the nose,
Filling your belly as much as you can and letting it go through the mouth with a sigh.
And again,
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your belly as much as you can and letting it go through the mouth with a sigh.
And one more time,
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your belly as much as you can and letting it go through the mouth with a sigh.
And now allow yourself to relax into your body.
Now let's begin our journey to the world within the world,
Placing your hand on your chest over your heart space.
And as we do that,
We invite our busy,
Busy mind to quiet and we invite our heart space to open.
Now,
Simply bring to mind a memory or an event,
Something that brings you joy,
Freedom,
Something simple,
Something that brings you joy and freedom in this very moment.
For me,
I take myself to Bali where I am all alone,
No interruptions,
Enjoying the sun,
Swimming by myself.
That memory,
That moment brings me so much joy and such an immense feeling of freedom.
But for you,
It may be a delicious cup of coffee,
Maybe a conversation with a loved one.
It could be walking around in a garden.
It could be the birth of a child,
Whatever it is,
Just allow it to come to mind.
And now that you have your memory or your event,
We're going to build the intensity of our feelings of joy and freedom,
Placing all of your focused attention on those feelings.
Build them and build them.
Feel them in every cell of your body.
Let those feelings radiate through you like wildfire.
Your entire body is buzzing with that joy,
That freedom.
And we're going to move into silence now as you continue to build and build the intensity of those feelings of joy and freedom.
And if your mind wanders,
Just acknowledge it and gently nod yourself back to those feelings of joy and freedom.
Stay present to those feelings of joy and freedom.
And now from this space,
Ask yourself this question.
What would I like to bring into my reality?
What would I like to manifest?
Allow the answer to drop into your consciousness.
No effort.
It will make itself known to you through your dominant Claire,
Through feeling,
Knowing,
Seeing or hearing.
You may wish to jot this down in your journal without breaking your state.
Just write down the words as they flow.
The answer might feel known to you or it might surprise you either way.
Allow what it is that your soul wants to bring into reality to drop into your consciousness.
Closing back down your eyes if you had them opened and asking yourself this question.
What is potentially stopping me from bringing this into my reality?
What is the belief,
The subconscious belief that I have that is stopping me from allowing this to come into my reality with ease?
And again,
This answer will pop into your consciousness with ease.
You may wish to jot them down in your journal again.
It may be as simple as I am not good enough.
I don't have what it takes.
I am unliked.
Nothing good ever happens to me.
Whatever it is,
Allow it to drop into your consciousness with ease.
It doesn't have to make sense because we are working with the subconscious,
Not the conscious.
Now that you have your answer,
Ask yourself,
What is deeper than that?
And again,
What is deeper than that?
What is deeper than that?
What is deeper than that?
Now that you have your deepest layer of this fear,
Of this limiting belief,
We are going to transmute it.
Notice where you feel this fear,
This belief in your body.
Does it feel like a tightening in the chest,
A heaviness over the shoulders?
Can you feel it in your stomach,
In your head?
Where can you feel it and what does it feel like?
Is there any emotion attached to that fear?
Now rate that fear on a scale of 1 to 10,
10 being the most intense.
The higher the number,
The more profound the practice.
So if your number is low,
Below a 7 or an 8,
I invite you to really feel into that fear,
Feel into the feelings in your body.
Let's see if we can bring that number up.
Now placing your hand at the center of your chest and deepening your breath,
Breathing in for 4 and out for 6,
Maintaining that breath throughout this practice.
And again we're going to bring to mind a memory or an event,
Something that evoke the feelings of joy and freedom.
And you are going to give yourself over to this feeling entirely,
Allowing this feeling to build in intensity,
No holding back,
Building it and building it,
Letting it flow through every cell of your body.
And we'll move into silence now as you continue to build and build the intensity of the joy and freedom.
Staying present to these feelings of joy and freedom.
And checking back in now with this fear,
This belief that you rated on a scale of 1 to 10.
And when you find it,
If you find it,
Rate it again.
It is our great hope that that rating has gone down,
Preferably to a 2 or below.
But if it is above a 2,
That is okay.
Just take yourself back into that practice of joy and freedom.
Now that the fear is cleared,
We are going to begin to bring in what it is that we're calling in.
So let's bring to mind again what it is that we want to call forward,
What it is that we want to bring into reality.
Bring that to the forefront of your mind now.
Now I want you to let your imagination run wild with what you are calling in.
Allow yourself to visualize attaining or receiving or winning what it is that you want to bring into reality.
Take yourself to the moment,
Whether that's a new job,
Checking your bank balance,
Whatever it is that you're bringing in.
Take yourself to that moment and sit in the feelings of what it feels like when you achieve that goal,
When you bring in whatever it is that you're bringing into your reality.
Allow yourself to feel the feelings of that,
The elation.
You may feel proud,
You may feel extremely happy,
It may be gratefulness.
What we're doing here is we're taking ourselves to that moment as though it has already happened.
Allow yourself to feel those feelings really strongly using your mind's eye,
Using a visual and in your imagination,
Using the feeling state.
What does it feel like?
And build the intensity of those feelings.
In this moment,
What you're calling forth has already happened.
The prayer has already been answered.
And we'll move into silence now as you continue to imagine,
To visualize,
To feel the very moment that this dream becomes a reality,
That the universe answers that prayer.
Let go.
Surrender into your imagination here.
Bring those feelings through so strongly.
Don't hold back.
Take a deep breath now.
In through the nose,
Filling your belly.
And letting it go out through the mouth with a sigh.
And again,
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your belly as much as you can.
And letting it go out through the mouth with a sigh.
Bring yourself back into this moment,
Into the here and now,
Using your breath,
Wriggling your fingers,
Your toes.
And when you feel ready,
Blinking open your eyes.
I encourage you to do this meditation more than once.
Every day if you can,
As you meet the fear that is stopping you from bringing whatever it is that you want to bring into your reality,
You will begin to see yourself bring that into reality.
This is how we manifest.
This is how we begin to live that life that we desire.
This is your heaven on earth.
This is you living in bliss and grace.
