Join me on this guided journey to discover your Innate Self-Worth. We scour the earth in search of our self-worth, buying the shakes, the clothes, joining the programs, looking for the magic pill, the product that is going to somehow make us feel worthy. As we continue to search outside of ourselves, we forget that what we need is already right there in the centre of our chest. It was never missing or faulty we simply forget to stop, breathe and go within.

Welcome to this meditation.

I am Brie Jones and today I'm taking you on a journey to discover your self-worth.

The only thing standing between you and your self-worth is you.

So what does that mean?

And how can you get out of your own way?

Imagine that you're placing your self-worth in a box.

You seal the box and you gently place it at the bottom of your heart chakra.

And now you bury this box under layer upon layer of limiting beliefs,

Of subconscious fears.

The I am not enough.

I am unworthy.

If only I could be this.

If only I could be that.

If only he loved me.

If only I were treated better.

Your self-worth sitting at the bottom of this pit,

Under the heavy burden of all these conditions that have been laid upon your self-worth.

And now with your self-worth buried deep within your heart,

You begin to look for external factors to validate you,

To make you feel worthy.

And sure,

They work for a while,

A band-aid solution.

But soon enough,

You are brought back to your knees,

Back to the empty space where your self-worth once sat.

So how can you get out of your own way?

How can you bring your self-worth back up to the surface,

Unpack it,

And live your life as the full expression of you?

We make the commitment to go in and meet and transmute our limiting beliefs,

Our subconscious fears.

Not just once.

A daily commitment.

A commitment to show up to yourself each and every day.

Let's begin.

If you haven't already,

Close down your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through the nose.

And let it go out through the mouth with a sigh.

Today we journey together to meet and clear a specific subconscious fear,

To uncover a layer,

Blocking us from our self-worth.

Feel your body sinking into the chair,

Your spine upright.

Feel the support of the chair beneath you.

You are safe to be here.

You are ready to clear this fear.

Feel,

Think,

Sense or imagine an unlit candle sitting in the centre of your chest.

You light this candle and the light begins to illuminate your entire chest area,

Every cell.

And the light from this candle begins to grow and expand epiphylously,

Illuminating your entire body from the top of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes.

Your entire body illuminated by the light of this candle.

Every single cell shining in your light.

And your light continues to expand easily out through all the layers of your energy body,

Expanding out to fill the entire room in which you sit.

And your light continues to expand outwards over the region,

Over the soggler,

Illuminating everything in its path easily and gracefully,

Spreading,

Expanding,

Illuminating.

The whole state now illuminated by your light and this light continues to grow and expand easily,

Gracefully,

Covering the entire country now,

Moving outwards further still,

Expanding to encircle the entire globe,

The entire globe illuminated by your light.

You notice in front of you a doorway,

Noticing the colour,

The size and the shape of the door.

And you walk towards the door,

Signalling your intention to go deeper.

The door opens effortlessly in front of you and you walk through it.

And you find yourself now standing at the entrance of a cave,

Leading into darkness.

You feel no fear,

You are open,

Curious.

You take a few steps into the cave,

Feeling the satisfying crunch of the dirt beneath your feet.

It's dark,

It's damp,

It's chilly.

And in the centre of this cave you see a light,

You walk over to it.

And as you move closer to this light,

It begins to illuminate a circular room.

You find yourself standing in the centre of this room.

As you look around,

You see that this circular room is covered in mirrors.

There is nowhere to look but at yourself.

There is nowhere to hide in this room.

Take a moment now to look at yourself in the mirror.

What do you see?

What do you feel?

I want you to ask yourself now,

Who am I?

The answers will come to you,

Short and succinct.

You may hear them,

You may see them,

You may feel them or you may simply know the answers.

Trust yourself.

As you stare back at yourself in the mirror,

I want you to ask yourself another question.

What is my dominant negative self belief?

What is deeper than that?

What is deeper than that?

Now that you have your dominant negative self belief,

I would like you to rate that belief on a scale of 1 to 10.

10 being the most intense.

Your aim is to bring that number down.

Looking at yourself in the mirror,

Seeing that fear in yourself and feeling that fear in your body,

Where is it?

Where can you feel it or where can you see it?

Does it feel like a heavy weight?

Does it feel like a constriction?

Do you just know where it is?

Are there any emotions attached to this fear?

Do you feel shame,

Grief,

Anger?

Take your time.

There is no right or wrong answer here.

Now that you have your fear,

You've rated it on a scale of 1 to 10 and you've identified where you feel it in your body.

We are going to transmute that fear.

Place two fingers or the palm of your hand at the centre of your chest.

Turn your attention to feelings of gratitude,

Appreciation,

Freedom.

Bring to mind memories and events that evoke these feelings for you strongly.

Allow these feelings to build inside of you with intensity.

You must give yourself over to these feelings of gratitude,

Appreciation,

Joy and freedom with your whole being.

As you hold these feelings,

I am holding you and the Infinite is holding us both.

We will move into silence now as you build and build and build on these feelings.

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

Letting it go out through the mouth,

Through the side.

Look around now for the fear that you rated on a scale of 1 to 10.

Can you still feel it in your body?

Can you still feel the emotions attached to it?

If you rate this fear at a 2 or below,

Continue on with this meditation.

If the fear is above a 2,

I encourage you to go back in to those feelings of gratitude,

Appreciation,

Joy and freedom.

Bring your attention back to your reflection in the mirror.

And perhaps walk over to yourself so you can look into your eyes.

And repeating silently or out loud these words,

I am so.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I am sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I am sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

And you notice that your reflection begins to melt away.

The mirrors all begin to melt away,

Melting down into nothing.

And you can see now that you are standing in the cathedral of your heart.

Have a look around.

What does it look like?

Is it grand and big?

Are you outside in nature?

Is it small and modest and there,

Nestled on the floor,

Is your box,

Your software packaged up beautifully,

Ready for you to bring home with you today?

And you pick up the box.

And you walk towards the entrance.

You walk through the entrance.

And you find yourself back in your body,

In your space,

Listening to my voice.

Take a deep breath now,

In through the nose,

Holding,

Filling your belly as much as possible,

And holding that breath.

Keep holding.

And release through the mouth with an audible sigh.

And again,

Taking a deep breath in through the nose,

Filling that belly as much as you can.

And hold.

And keep holding.

And release through the mouth with an audible sigh.

Bring some gentle movement back to your fingers and toes.

And when you're ready,

Blinking,

Open your eyes.

You can come back and visit this meditation anytime.

You're feeling low in self-worth,

That you're not enough,

That you wish you were more,

That you wish you were different.

And layer by layer,

You can uncover and awaken your self-worth.
