Welcome to this meditation,
An adaption of the micro method developed by the Institute for Intuitive Intelligence.
I am Brie Jones,
Certified intuitive guide and today I'm going to guide you through this simplified version of the method that allows whoever uses it to access the power of the full method for themselves.
Meeting and releasing subconscious fear is the only way to return to wholeness.
A subconscious fear is simply a negative belief that has been planted into your subconscious during this or any concurrent lifetime.
During this process together,
We identify and clear these subconscious fears.
We must make the commitment to meet our fear every day.
And when we apply the micro method to our fearful beliefs and physical symptoms,
We can quickly move the fear block out of our consciousness.
The method works with subconscious fear,
For as A Course in Miracles tells us,
We are never afraid for the reason we think we are.
Our true fear sits beneath the surface of our conscious reasoning minds.
So we apply the micro method to any stressful thought and in doing so,
Release all layers of the fear.
The micro method moves us well beyond self-awareness.
This is a profoundly simple and elegant process.
It can be done anywhere and at any time.
The more often we do it,
The more efficient we become at the process.
We are building the muscle of our intuitive intelligence with spiritual fierceness by being willing to meet our fear every day.
Let's begin.
Find a time and space where you will not be disturbed.
Take a comfortable seat with your spine straight and upright.
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
Filling your belly as much as possible.
And release through the mouth with a sigh.
And again,
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
Filling your belly as much as possible.
And release through the mouth with an audible sigh,
Letting go of all the effort required to bring you to this point in your day.
And once more,
Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Filling your belly as much as possible.
And release through the mouth with a sigh.
Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.
The world outside is packed away.
It is safe to be here.
Breathing your breath now,
Breathing in for four counts and out for six,
Signifying to your body that you are very safe.
Scan your mind now.
Scan your body.
What is present for you today?
What is on your mind?
A negative belief?
A feeling of sadness,
Grief,
Anxiety,
Uncertainty?
Is there a pain or tightness in the body?
Ask yourself quietly or out loud.
What is the dominant fear in this situation?
The answer will be brief and succinct and will make itself known to you through your dominant clare.
You will feel,
Think,
Sense,
Or simply know the answer.
It is instant and precise.
Once you have your dominant belief,
Ask yourself what is deeper than this?
What is deeper than this?
What is deeper than this?
Now that we have the dominant layer of this belief or this fear,
Rate it now on a scale of one to ten.
Ten being the most intense.
If it is below an eight,
I ask you to really feel into this fear.
Feel into the belief.
And if you can,
Raise that number higher.
Taking two fingers or the palm of your hand to the center of your chest and bringing your attention to feelings of gratitude,
Freedom,
Joy,
And appreciation.
Bringing to mind memories and events that evoke these feelings strongly for you.
We are going to build these feelings inside your body with so much intensity.
Feeling the gratitude,
The joy,
The appreciation,
And the freedom in every cell of your body.
Building and building and building the intensity.
You may bring to mind one event or memory or many.
And these memories and events can be very simple.
It could be the sun on your face.
It could be a conversation with a girlfriend.
Whatever rings true for you in this very moment.
And your mind may wander and this is very normal.
And we gently nudge our mind back to these feelings of gratitude,
Appreciation,
Joy,
And freedom.
And while you hold these feelings and continue to build these feelings in your body,
The infinite is holding you.
And we move into silence now as you continue to build and build on these feelings of gratitude.
Stay present as you continue to build on these feelings of gratitude,
Appreciation,
Joy,
And freedom.
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
Letting it go out.
Bringing your mind back to the dominant layer of the fear you identified and rated on a scale of 1 to 10.
If the fear is below a 2,
Continue to the end of this meditation.
If the fear is above a 2,
I invite you to go back into those feelings of gratitude,
Appreciation,
Joy and freedom and build them inside your body with even more intensity until you get that fear down to a 2.
You can repeat that process two more times.
Congratulations,
You have permanently rewired your subconscious and transmuted that fear that you identified at the beginning of this meditation.
This meditation can be done daily.
It can be done any time you feel fear,
Anxiety or stressful written thoughts.
It's important to do this work in these meditations even when life feels easy and amazing.
We commit to doing this work on the good days and on the bad days.
