This meditation is to help you lean in to receiving the frequency of divine trust and allowing that frequency to be the foundation from which you manifest what it is that you wish to manifest in this life.
Please come to a comfortable seat and close your eyes.
We'll take three deep breaths together.
Inhale to the count of four,
Three,
Four and exhale to the count of six,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Inhale two,
Three,
Four and exhale three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
One more,
Inhale three,
Four and exhale three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
With your eyes closed,
Pay attention to how you feel right now in this moment and listen as I chant Aum three times in your mind,
Calling in the highest version of you to help support this meditation,
Aum,
Aum,
Aum.
Now bring your attention to a place about 10 feet in front of you.
Start to see this golden ball of light forming in front of you.
You can feel its energy,
You can sense the warmth,
The unconditional love and the acceptance that resides in this golden ball of energy.
You notice that your heart is starting to invite this golden ball of energy towards it.
You see it moving slowly towards your heart until it moves into your heart space,
Surrounds your heart.
You can feel this warm energy like a hug around your heart center.
Now notice that this golden ball of energy is starting to emit a light and that light is starting to move in the direction from your heart center towards your left shoulder over the crown of your head,
Through your right shoulder,
Back through your heart center down towards your left hip,
Below the base of your spine and up through your right hip back into your heart center.
Now this motion is moving in an infinity throughout your energetic field in your body.
This is a start of the releasing pattern of the golden ray.
Today what we're asking to release is our fear of the unknown.
So lean into this intention.
Allow this ray of energy to move through your body and your energetic field.
You can imagine it's almost like a river pulling sand from a river bank as it pulls the frequency of fear of the unknown out of your body,
Out of your energetic field and moves into light.
Allowing this to move on its own while you receive the sound currents that help support this process.

Notice how this light energy is moving on its own and bring your focus back into your heart center as we feel a new ray of light emitting from this golden ball within your heart.
It's going to start to move the opposite way on this infinity.
So from the center of your heart,
Up through your right shoulder,
Up and over the crown of your head,
Through your left shoulder,
Moving back through your heart center,
Down through your right hip,
Below the base of your spine and up through your left hip,
Coming back into your heart center,
Starting this new movement of energy in the opposite direction on this infinity throughout your body and your energetic field.
This is the receiving pattern.
Today we are asking to bring in,
We are asking to receive in our energetic field and in our body down to our cellular and atomic structure is the frequency of divine trust,
Allowing yourself to receive divine trust,
Allowing your body to relax in this receiving,
Knowing that all is aligned,
That all is supportive and you can divinely trust what is moving through you,
Through the golden ray and reprogramming the cells of your body.
Allow this to move simultaneously with the releasing pattern as you receive this sound current to help support the connection to and reception of divine trust.
