This meditation helps you release overwhelm,

Mind clutter,

And overthinking so that you can feel freer,

Calmer,

And more at peace.

So when you're ready,

I invite you to come to a comfortable seated position with your spine tall and chin slightly tucked.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out through your mouth.

Take another deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out through your mouth.

One more deep breath in and deep breath out.

Let go of the controlled cadence and simply allow your breath to flow naturally in and out through the nose.

Now imagine you're walking down a soft dirt path in nature on a beautiful sunny day.

You can feel the warmth of the sun on your skin.

The air smells fresh and clean.

There are trees,

Grass,

And wildflowers all around you.

You're not in a hurry.

You're simply enjoying the movement of walking down this path without particular aim or purpose,

Really allowing yourself to experience and explore it with all of your senses.

Maybe there's a pleasant soft breeze.

Birds are chirping.

You hear sounds of water in a creek.

You veer off the path to walk towards it.

The creek is flowing freely and vibrantly.

You feel called to take off your shoes and feel the plush grass beneath your bare feet.

The plants and greenery around you are full and lush.

You feel welcomed,

Safe,

And full of yourself here.

You feel completely at peace.

You feel expansive.

You appreciate the wild and free-flowing design of your surroundings.

You breathe in the sounds of fresh air,

Dewy leaves,

Clean water,

Sweet wildflowers.

You spot a tree nearby that looks like it has been here for years and years.

You're drawn to move towards it.

Notice how you move through this space,

Maybe slowly,

Curiously,

Deliberately.

Maybe you're running,

Twirling,

Dancing.

You don't overthink it.

You just move intuitively.

The tree's trunk is sturdy and massive.

You can tell its roots go deep into the earth.

Its leaves are verdant and provide shade for you.

So you sit underneath it,

Allowing your back to be supported by the trunk,

Your spine up right and tall.

You place your fingertips on the soft earth beneath you,

Feeling its grounding,

Nourishing energy.

And with that,

You feel a corresponding,

Grounded,

Nourishing energy within yourself.

As you sit beneath the tree from this place of groundedness,

You close your eyes and you ask yourself,

What in my life needs attention?

What in my life needs attention?

The answer may come in words,

In images,

Feelings.

What in my life needs attention?

You then ask yourself,

What do I need to release in order to bring more positive,

Nourishing energy to those areas that need attention?

What do I need to release to bring more positivity?

What do I need to release?

With your intuition strong,

You open your eyes under this tree and notice that the tree has shed several leaves on the ground beside you,

One for each of the things that you want to release.

So you pick up one leaf,

You name what it represents,

And you toss it into the creek,

Watching it float down the creek,

Farther and farther away from you until it's completely gone,

Completely released.

And you do this over and over again until the space next to you is so free,

Clear,

Clean,

Calm,

Peaceful,

Tranquil,

Not a leaf remaining.

You watch each thought,

Each fear,

Each doubt,

Whatever it may be,

Float down the creek farther and farther away from you.

You've expanded the space,

Cleared out the clutter so that new,

Loving,

Nourishing thoughts can come to you and support you however you need them to in serving the highest version of yourself.

In doing so,

You feel free,

Calm,

Relaxed,

Energized.

Your mind is clear,

Your space is clear.

You've let go of what is no longer serving you.

You've made room for new energy,

New ideas,

New inspiration,

And new experiences.

With a soft smile on your face from this expansive place,

You close your eyes one more time and ask yourself,

What am I ready to harvest and cultivate?

What am I ready to harvest and cultivate?

What am I ready to harvest and cultivate?

Once you feel complete,

Place your hands on your heart.

Say,

Thank you.

I am ready.

You open your eyes,

Take in the beauty that surrounds you with renewed energy,

Put your shoes back on,

And head down nature's path back to where you started.

And as you say goodbye to this place,

You smile knowing that you can always return.

And take a slow,

Deep breath as you bring the focus from this visualization back to your body.

Notice your inhales and exhales.

Begin to deepen your breath,

Making your exhales a few counts longer than your inhales.

Feel your hands resting on your heart or maybe they've moved to somewhere else on your body or on the ground.

Wherever they are,

Just notice them.

Allow that steady,

Free,

And peaceful energy you just cultivated to remain within.

Thank yourself for making time for you,

Prioritizing you,

And for being strong enough to release what is no longer serving you.

Take one more deep breath,

Making it your deepest,

Fullest,

Most delicious breath of the day,

Exhaling completely and gently opening your eyes and returning to the room.

I invite you to go to your journal and write about anything that came up during the visualization.

I wish you all the peace and happiness in the world.
