This is a 10-minute guided visualization to help you access your dream life and deepest desires.

Find a comfortable seated position on a chair with your feet grounded and back supported.

Close your eyes and allow yourself to settle into the room and deeper into your body.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out through your mouth.

Allow yourself to relax just a little bit more,

Really letting yourself feel fully supported by the surface beneath you.

Allow your mind to be at ease knowing that for this short amount of time,

There's nowhere else you need to be and nothing else you need to be doing.

Relax the muscles in your face.

Soften your jaw,

Soften your shoulders.

Take another deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Exhale through your mouth.

Deep breath in,

Slow deep breath out.

Continue to breathe in and out through your nose now releasing any control over the breath,

Simply letting it return to its natural rhythm.

And imagine it's three years from now on a Sunday.

Visualize in your mind how this day goes,

Getting as specific as possible and dreaming as big as you like,

Knowing you are worthy of joy,

Of happiness,

Success,

Abundance,

Love and greatness.

You begin to stir in the morning.

How do you feel in your body before you've gotten up or even opened your eyes?

What do your sheets feel like against your skin?

What do your sheets look like?

What does your bedding look like?

What kind of pajamas are you wearing?

Is there a loved one next to you?

If so,

How do you feel when you open your eyes and look over at them?

How do you feel when they look back at you?

What time of day is it?

Is the sun just starting to rise or is it already bright out?

What are the views from your bedroom?

What does your bedroom look like and how do you feel when you're in it?

On this Sunday,

How long do you choose to stay in bed for?

And when you're ready to get up,

What kind of clothes do you put on?

And how do you feel in your body when you're in those clothes?

What kind of breakfast are you having?

Where did your ingredients come from?

Who's cooking the meal?

Who are you surrounded by?

Where in your home are you eating?

Or if you're eating out,

What's the scenery like?

If you're home,

What does your kitchen look like?

What does your home look like?

And how does it feel to be in your home?

How do you spend the rest of your morning?

What activities do you do?

How are you spending the time?

Who are you with?

And how do you feel?

How do you spend your afternoon?

What are you doing?

Who are you with?

How do you feel?

In the early evening,

You begin to prepare for Monday.

How do you feel when thinking about the start of a new week?

Do you work?

If so,

How do you feel in your job?

What is your office environment like?

What type of people surround you at work?

And what role are you playing for those people?

In the evening,

Where are you having dinner?

What are you having?

What are you drinking?

Who's at the table with you?

And how do you feel when you're with them?

How do you wind down for the evening?

How do you spend the time?

What activities do you do?

What time do you get into bed?

On this Sunday,

How do you feel at night when you put your head on your pillow?

With a soft smile on your face,

Stay connected to the feelings,

But let go of the thoughts.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Exhale through your mouth.

Deep breath in through your nose.

Slow exhale through your mouth.

One more breath in through your nose,

Making it your deepest breath of the day.

And exhale completely.

When you're ready,

You can open your eyes and go to your journal.
