This is a guided inner journey practice.
There's nothing you need to fix or figure out here.
You're simply being invited to turn your attention inward.
To notice what's present in your body,
Your breath,
Your inner landscape.
You can listen in whatever way feels supportive.
Eyes open or closed,
Lying down or seated,
Moving or still.
If at any point you need to pause,
Adjust,
Or stop,
Trust that.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes and gently settle into the space around you.
This is your time,
Dedicated to your well-being.
And allow the breath to be in and out your nose.
The edges of your eyes soften.
Your jaw is slightly open.
And your shoulders soften and drop.
Your breath is slow and steady,
And finds its natural rhythm.
Now imagine your breath traveling down through your body,
Flowing gently through your legs and into the soles of your feet,
Anchoring you deeply into the earth.
And with each inhale,
You draw in this grounding energy.
And on the exhale,
This energy connects you to the very core of the earth,
Keeping you tethered and steady,
Grounded.
And now with this next breath,
Draw in this grounding energy,
And feel the breath rise up within your body.
And then on the exhale,
The breath continues to rise,
Flowing out the top of your head,
High into the sky.
This breath connects you with God,
Source of life,
Universe,
Whichever resonates with you.
And with these next breaths,
Imagine this connection returns as a golden beam of light flowing back down through the top of your head.
And let this warm golden light flood every cell of your being.
And activating your inner wisdom with each breath,
Breathing in the grounding energy,
And breathing out,
Connecting to source.
Continue this flow,
Inhaling the earth's stability,
And exhaling into the infinite connections above.
Notice if your body needs to shift or move as you're connected with this beautiful golden energy.
Now gently turn your attention to your heart,
The connection to your mind,
Body,
And soul.
Knowing you are safe and supported to connect on this deep soulful level with yourself.
Unwind,
Unravel,
Unlock.
Time to let go of the things that no longer serve you.
The stories you tell yourself.
The beliefs that are not your own.
The beliefs that are no longer true for you.
The habits and patterns that kept you where you are,
Yet where you don't want to be any longer.
The little t or big T traumas,
The cords,
The attachments.
It's time to unwind,
Unravel,
And unlock.
Giving your body permission to let go of what it holds.
The hurts,
The inner wounds,
The unprocessed feelings.
They no longer serve you.
Your body knows what it's ready to let go of.
It's simply waiting for you to give permission.
To say,
It's okay,
I've got this now.
So allow your mind to command.
Beginning this inner conversation with yourself by silently saying,
I give my body permission to unwind,
Unravel,
And unlock what it's been holding.
Truly letting go of what no longer serves me.
Now allow your body to respond.
Continuing this conversation with yourself as much as needed while my voice goes quiet.
So now simply observe.
What am I noticing?
What am I sensing in my body?
A twitch,
A tightness,
A softening.
Is there an area of my body drawing my attention?
Turn your attention to that area now.
Gently allowing what you are noticing to be just as it is.
No attachment,
No judgment,
Just observation.
Giving the body the attention it needs.
Allowing whatever comes up to be part of the letting go process.
Thank you.
I see the connection.
Thank you for letting it go.
And now silently scan the body again.
What else am I noticing?
Turning your attention to that area now.
As your body softly and gently lets go.
And now coming back to the rhythm of your breath.
A slow and steady breath in and out your nose.
And with this next breath,
Breathe in the word letting and breathe out the word go.
So now coming back to the rhythm of your breath.
Working with your body as it's letting go of what no longer serves.
Breathing in letting and breathing out go.
Continue this breath until my voice returns.
So now coming back to the sound of my voice.
The golden beam of light dissolves softly into the cosmos.
Leaving you with a sense of deep oneness.
And turn your attention back to your heart.
Sending gratitude for all that your body did for you.
In these past few minutes.
Taking a moment to pause and listen for anything else.
Anything else your body may want you to see,
Hear,
Feel or know.
Now draw up the grounding energy of the earth with your breath.
Feel it travel through your body.
Bringing you fully back to the here and now.
Wiggle your toes.
Wiggle your fingers.
Open and close your hands.
Bringing even more awareness to your body.
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Fully returning to this present moment.
