With a quick meditation ritual to protect your energy.
As an empath,
Protecting your energy and energy body daily is a vital practice until your body begins to do it automatically for you.
This simple practice will help you create a safe boundary for your empathic gift.
So sit back,
Getting comfortable and closing your eyes,
Settling into this moment as you breathe in and out through your nose.
Allow your shoulders to drop.
Slow the breath down a little bit.
And when you're ready,
Say these words,
I pull up my filter which completely surrounds me.
My filter encompasses my whole body.
It allows all love and light energy in and allows all of my energy out.
My filter deflects any negative energy directed at me or that comes toward me or that is around me and returns it to center transmuted with love and light.
Now focusing back on your breath,
Breathing in and out slowly through your nose.
Place your hand on your heart and in your mind's eye.
Thank your body for all that it does for you.
Thank your body for protecting you.
