Lengthen your spine.
Notice your breath.
Relax any areas of the body that aren't needed right now.
It's time to do more than go through the motions.
It's time to recognize that there's more than our plan for comfort and success.
There's no better time to reconnect to our hearts.
Remember how to love and live on purpose.
There's no better time to remember compassion,
Empathy,
And understanding.
We can let go of thinking we're right and they are wrong.
We can acknowledge that we're all doing the best we can.
We can watch our words and make sure they are filled with support and listening before we spew corrections and advice.
Grace can be extended to others and even if we have to be the ones to extend grace to ourselves.
It's time to examine our priorities,
Evaluate and perfect our priorities.
It's time to turn the page on our dissatisfaction and write the book on acceptance.
I think that it's time to heal.
Pain is increasing exponentially.
Pain is taking over and suffocating our minds,
Wreaking havoc on our bodies.
At some point we will have to say,
Enough.
At some point we will have to breathe deep,
Relax,
Open,
Receive,
Surrender,
Let go,
Accept,
Acknowledge,
Be present,
Sit with,
Become aware,
Watch,
Observe,
Learn,
Grow,
Adapt,
Release,
Remold,
Reform,
And emerge.
Fear and pain may not end,
But perhaps their power over us will change.
Perhaps the power of our love,
Hope,
And acceptance will continue to increase until it takes charge,
Takes shape,
Takes over.
Instead of living in fear,
May fear inspire us to live on purpose,
Live with purpose.
Instead of being consumed by pain,
May pain remind us to spread our love,
Compassion,
And true,
Honest empathy.
Instead of being consumed by anxiety,
May anxiety force us to pay attention,
Stay aware,
And tend to our hearts,
Minds,
And bodies.
May we learn to take better care of ourselves,
Maybe at first out of necessity,
At first out of survival,
But eventually out of love as we begin to live on purpose.
Locate your fear,
Your pain,
Your anxiety,
Or whatever emotions you hold.
Where in the body do you hold them?
Listen.
Breathe deep.
Relax.
Open.
Receive.
Surrender.
Let go.
Accept.
Acknowledge.
Be present.
Sit with.
Become aware.
Watch.
Observe.
Learn.
Grow.
Adapt.
Release.
Remold.
Reform.
And emerge.
