Hello gorgeous souls!

Welcome to today's talk which I've titled the mirror effect in your soul business.

And the mirror effect is something that I noticed that is going to tell you a lot about how to grow your business.

And a lot of the blind spots will be highlighted if you follow this,

I'm gonna call it practice,

That really is tips and suggestions on how to look and embrace your business in your day-to-day life.

So for those of you that are new my name is Alex Vitillo,

I'm a money breakthrough coach,

I'm a money breakthrough business coach and I'm also a healer,

A shaman,

A tata healer,

Breathwork practitioner,

Meditation practitioner,

You name it.

And I combine all that I know from my previous life which was in economics and the financial background,

My healing arts and money breakthrough coaching,

Which is really the art that is required for you to grow a soulful business.

So gorgeous souls,

By diving into today's tips there are two key ingredients that you can look at and apply daily to your business and really to every area of your life.

Awareness and integrity.

So this talk is more for those of you who already have a business and it doesn't matter if you have it for a year,

Five years,

Ten years and you find yourself at a point where you feel things would be different,

Things would be better.

I work with a lot of healer myself,

I work with a lot of soulpreneur and there's often questioning around why things are the way they are and why things are not better.

So a I don't understand,

I do all the things that I'm told to do and I'm not getting more clients.

Or another typical situation would be I've hit this income ceiling and no matter what I'm doing for me to break through this income ceiling it's really a challenge.

Or another very popular one is yes I'm making sales and my business is good but really the money comes in and the money goes out.

And we can address each of these points from very different aspects.

Today I want to focus on the mirror effect and I want to focus on these two virtues which is awareness and integrity and how by just going through this almost checklist this self-reflections and questioning it's gonna help you to identify what is the weakest link.

Because nothing happened by coincidence and I don't want you to give in to I'm gonna say quote two stories that we live in a difficult world,

That there is no funding,

That economy is dire and so all of those things may be true.

It's also true that there are a lot of business that are thriving,

A lot of people that made their riches when the economies were crashing and also this is very disempowering to accept that maybe you're not in front of the right audience or maybe your audience doesn't have the funds to invest in you and all of that because that's really not gonna support you in the long term.

What's gonna support you is to be in a space of certainty and grounding of saying to yourself I've got this beautiful offer whether you're a healer,

Therapist,

A coach,

A consultant,

Maybe you're offering a physical product so to be in this place of pouring all of your talents,

Your skills,

Your love,

Your commitment,

Your dedication to your business and to say to yourself there is an audience for this,

There are people waiting for you,

There are people who need what you have and so the point is how do we make it easier for you to be seen by those people to attract more income and all of the beautiful things that you want and most likely I assume is the satisfaction,

The reward of really helping people and making a big impact for the world around you and therefore for your world.

So if we start with awareness.

Awareness when you're thinking about the mirror effect is first of all to notice what is going on in your business.

It's for you to notice how is that impacting you because if you are a solopreneur,

If you are the one person behind the business everything that happened to your business happens to you.

So in order to realize and to see what's going on for you,

You need to increase your level of awareness and this is a practice,

This is not just you waking up one day and say oh okay now I'm aware.

It's gonna require some posing,

Some time aside for you to start noticing what is the picture here and you always start with your what I call your 3D reality.

What is happening?

So for you to then go step beyond and say okay what is the energetics beyond what is happening because you've got two things that your eye sees but especially here on this platform you know that there is a lot of energy moving behind the things that happen and the more aware you become of the things behind the 3D reality the easier for you to start changing and shifting those elements because everything starts in the frequency world in the quantum field right so the quicker you can start to identify okay this 3D reality is connected to maybe a particular belief maybe a particular action even from your part that you took and now it's creating this ripple effect the more you'll be able to recalibrate your business and to start to make that positive change so awareness it's always always a starting point and some teacher says once you start to shine the light to a particular situation just by shining the light that situation will start to change and there is a physical experiment a scientific experiment showing this that particles behaved differently when there was an observer and when there was no observer so you being able to identify and see a particular situation it's going to start to shift the energy and the more your awareness about the topic then the more you can influence it you can recalibrate you can course-correct you can do so many things hopefully this is now written in a big journal next to you awareness the second ingredient that today I really want to talk about is integrity and integrity probably means different things to different people so again it's important for you to be aware here comes to awareness again what is integrity for you and that applies to everything that you do in your business and like I say you can transfer that to your personal life how are you showing up in your business what is important to you what are those non-negotiable every time I work with a client and say let's start to write your own rules your statements your manifesto what is so important for you that no matter what you're going to show up in a certain way and that's gonna also help you to really describe for yourself some boundaries that's going to really help you navigate it navigate challenging situations because once you've got your manifesto you've got the things you're really standing for you got the things that are really non-negotiable for you then it's easier to say yes this is something that I can accept or no this is not something that I want to accept and when your business might go through an influx where maybe things are not going as well as you wanted or as required or you feel you might be compromising you must start saying okay I will either cut corners on the delivery of your service or you might say yeah you know that's not an ideal client but I'm going to work with them anyway and and this is gonna have repercussions so integrity integrity integrity is first of all taking that moment to recognize what is integrity for me what is really driving me and what is the non-negotiable and when you put those two together when something happens to you in your business you're gonna be able to recognize it but you're also going to be able to check back with yourself because nothing is a coincidence and everything of your action as a reaction and karma aside and past lives aside you know if you let's say sometimes I have clients say oh I don't understand I call in clients and they always pay me late or they say they will pay me and then they they don't they default so the mirror effect could be just by starting to recognize it is this happening more than three times I've got a special connection with the number three I think when you asking for messages from the universe or you're looking at things behind behind the scenes number three is really good barometer of if it happens more than three times you know there's definitely something that needs your attention right here right now so for instance again in the case of oh I've built this client and now they're two weeks behind you want to recognize that you want to say oh okay I'm taking note of it and then you notice they're not a clients does it and another clients does it and another clients does it and so then you come to the piece of okay I'm aware this is happening where else in my life is it happening and the integrity piece comes as hold on have I been doing this myself maybe my electricity bill come and I just put it in the drawer and forget about it for two months or another typical situation would be oh I invite clients who say they will commit to work with me for a year and then halfway through they drop and then you might start thinking okay well this is happening what could be some of the reasons why is this happening and you can also then do your own check am I in integrity and so you start to scan all the other areas of your life where you start saying to yourself if I ever enter an agreement and haven't honored that agreement have I ever said yes to something and then decided to pull out so this is going and you'll see that generally there will be a link and this might not be business to business it might be transferring to your personal life so you really want to start to pay attention to okay like the basics when I receive a bill for instance if we're looking at the monetary side of your business how you paying that bill are you paying it with joy are you paying it with gratitude are you paying with yes I know that I receive I don't know electricity water medical for those in the country where your medical care is provided or are you feeling oh no another bill you delayed you don't want to do it or maybe even you say to your children yes we're gonna go to Disneyland next weekend and you really organize the thing and then you say no actually I don't want to do it and sometimes it's even towards yourself so are you an integrity towards yourself are you honoring your words towards yourself are you saying to yourself yes tomorrow I'm gonna sit on my desk for three hours and you do it as opposed to maybe somebody say hey let's go for a coffee and you say yeah you know what I don't have anything major to do today so Virtuous Souls I call this the mirror effect and even by just looking at the mirror effect through the lens of awareness and integrity is gonna give you a lot of I'm gonna say ammunition to start shifting the direction of the business towards what you really want and really when you apply to your life your life really transforms because all of a sudden you're very aware you're conscious of what's happening you're conscious of your actions you're conscious of your reactions and you feel much more confident you feel much more grounded and being integrity is something that is totally priceless and it's gonna be reflected in every cell of your being so Gorgeous Souls feel free to share back feel free to test it test it for a
