Find a nice comfortable place to settle in.
With no distractions.
In a place where you can totally let go.
Place where you feel safe.
A place where you can release things that are holding you back.
Settling in to where you are,
Maybe you're sitting straight up.
In an upright position with your spine erect.
Maybe you're laying down.
Wherever it is,
I invite you to settle in.
And finding your breath.
And just noticing the rise and fall of your belly.
Of your chest.
On an inhale.
Belly rises when you're filling up your lungs.
And on your exhale,
Your belly falls.
Just really noticing your natural rhythm.
Of your breath.
Without judgment of if it's not deep enough or not long enough.
Just letting your body do what it does naturally.
Really settling in noticing how the air feels coming in through the nostrils when you inhale.
And the change in temperature as it leaves your lips on your exhale.
Any thoughts that may arise in this moment just label them thoughts without judgment and let them go.
Breathing in through your nose.
And exhaling through your mouth.
Really feeling what it feels like to be inside of your body.
Without worrying about what the outside world is doing right now.
With no concern for what happened five minutes before this time.
And with no concern for what will be happening later.
After this time.
Breath by breath.
Feeling your body let go.
Allowing your body to release.
Feeling the surface that you're sitting or lying down on.
Being mindful of each part of your body that's touching that surface.
Again,
Really focusing on the inhale through your nose.
And exhale through your mouth.
Allowing your breath to be the anchor in this very moment,
This present moment.
Where your life is happening.
A very wise man once said that life is what happens while you're busy making other plans.
This,
My love,
Is your life.
And you are choosing to spend it.
Right here.
Right now.
Healing yourself.
Healing your heart.
Healing your mind and your soul and your spirit and your body.
While you go through this time of divorce in your life.
Or while you are healing from divorce,
Maybe it's already happened,
Maybe it's final.
Maybe it's just the beginning stages.
Of even thinking about divorce.
The timeline of divorce is subjective.
Just the thought of,
Is this not right for me?
Could be the beginning of the separation.
Or you could be in the throes of it.
Where you feel like you're drowning.
And you don't know if you'll make it.
Wherever it is.
I want you to find complete love and acceptance for where you are right now.
Being in this very moment and that you're choosing to invest in your healing.
You're choosing to invest in your growth.
That my love.
Is astronomical.
That is a huge step.
To your evolution.
Into your higher version of yourself.
You are taking the very steps right now to get to.
The higher version of yourself who's beckoning you.
Calling you.
Through this time,
Through this difficult time of divorce.
You can choose to be bitter or better.
What do you choose for yourself?
How do you envision yourself?
When this chapter of your life is over.
Can you hold that vision of yourself in your mind's eye?
What is he or she doing?
Are you grateful for the experience?
Are you still bitter that it's happening or that it happened?
Are you free?
And the trauma.
Are you free?
From the damage.
Are you free from the tribulations and the memories?
Have you let yourself free?
When you envision your future self.
The way to freedom,
My love,
Is to forgive.
The way to freedom is gratefulness that it happened.
Can you imagine feeling that way?
Taking a deep breath in.
And just letting that be a possibility.
That you are actually grateful.
That this happened to you.
And let me remind you that this did not happen to you.
Happening for you.
Really breathing that in and embodying that in your body and your being.
This hard time in your life that you never thought would happen.
When we marry,
We don't ever think that we're going to get divorced.
That life has different plans for us and our growth and our evolution as a human being.
And oftentimes we have to go through hard things to become the person that we need to become.
Can you imagine?
That this divorce.
Happened for you or is happening for you,
For your growth.
For your evolution.
And how we can get to that place is through forgiveness.
It doesn't need to happen right now,
But I just invite you to imagine.
Forgiving.
Your ex or your soon-to-be ex.
It may bring up all kinds of feels,
Uncomfortable feels.
In your body and in your heart.
And it's going to be a process,
My love.
That you've gone through.
Allowing this to be okay in step one of the meditation.
Step two was compassion for yourself and for others.
And step three is total forgiveness.
And I would like to remind you that forgiveness does not make.
Anything okay.
Does not make it okay that it happened.
Forgiveness is actually cutting the cord of control that the other person had over you.
And releasing it into the ethers and allowing God and the universe and spirits and your angels to recycle that into love.
And let it be what it'll be,
And so it is.
Forgiveness has nothing to do with the other person.
And what they did to hurt you.
It has everything to do with releasing.
The control that it has over your mind.
Over your thoughts,
Over your heart and the walls that you've built around it.
Wouldn't you like to break those down,
My love?
Wouldn't you like to release those and let love come in?
Love for yourself first and foremost and love from God and the universe that has so much to give to you.
That contributes to your evolution as a human being into your higher self.
Wouldn't you like to let those down?
Cut the cord.
Release it.
Release the hold that the memories have over you.
Release the hold that the words that were so hurtful in the past.
Release them and the hold that they have over you.
The actions that were so hurtful and damaging to your soul,
Spirit,
And body perhaps.
Cut the cord,
Release.
Release the control that they have over your life.
Inhibiting you from moving on,
From taking the step forward into your higher self,
Into your higher being.
Into what you visualize for yourself in the future.
Release it.
And allow it to be recycled into love.
For you.
For your kids,
For your family.
And for the community as a collective.
We are all just walking each other home.
You forgiving.
Allows not only yourself to heal.
But the collective to heal.
And our desire to walk towards love and light,
To heal as a community,
It starts with you.
Be the change you wish to see in this world.
Forgive.
Forgive.
Forgive.
What does it feel like when you release it?
How does your body feel right now?
Are you tense or do you feel a little bit lighter?
Again,
Moving through the steps of.
This is okay to go through.
And compassion for yourself and others.
And then finally,
Forgiveness.
And then gratitude.
That it's happening for you.
Moving through those steps in a systematic way.
Allows you to fully release.
And break the chains and the bondage that this whole experience,
This chapter in your life has had over you.
For who knows days,
Months,
And years.
Maybe it feels like a lifetime.
It is up to you to heal.
Do you choose to be bitter or better?
It is your choice,
My love Our life is made up of a thousand choices.
Who do you choose to be in this experience?
What do you choose for your life?
It is up to you.
Forgive.
Forgive.
Forgive.
Taking a big inhale through your nose.
Letting it fill your lungs.
Filling your belly.
Holding it at the top.
And exhaling through the mouth.
Really releasing any leftover.
Energy.
Feelings.
That may be hiding in the body,
Just releasing it.
And doing that a couple more times,
Inhaling through your nose.
As deep as you can,
Filling up the lungs.
Holding it at the top.
And releasing through your mouth.
And one more time.
Inhaling.
Whole thing.
And exhaling release.
Get it all out of you.
Release it to be recycled into love.
And you,
My love,
May lay here,
Sit here as long as you need.
This is your time.
This is your healing.
This is your choice.
You are investing.
In your future.
You are investing in yourself.
And for that,
I am so,
So proud of you.
And I invite you to be proud of yourself.
And maybe in doing so,
A slight smile.
Comes across your lips.
Holding yourself with your hand on your heart.
Forgiving yourself first.
And forgiving others.
Peace be with you,
My love.
Love and light surround you.
Step forward.
And to who you know yourself to be.
Namaste.
You
