After a climbing accident, Bre dove deeper into the mental & spiritual side of Yoga. Exploring the neurological impacts while also experiencing them in her own healing, ultimately inspiring her journey as a teacher. She completed an 800 hr Yoga Therapy and has trained with Veterans Yoga Project, LoveYourBrain, multiple Yoga Nidra lineages. She feels a profound connection to Swami Kripalu- Amrit Institute lineage and Integral Breath Therapy which is the foundation of her offerings. Deeply inspired by nature, she hopes these practices will also shift us to live more consciously with our Earth. As a new mother, the greatest blessing, she continues to learn and grow as she experiences the world through the eyes of a child.

Every now & then you come across a meditation that uses language that hits your brain just right, allowing you to summon a sensation wth effortless ease- this was the sand draining out of individual body parts for me, absolute game changer in softening the underlying level of tension in my body! Thank you so much 💛

Thank you🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻At first, when I heard the fist clenching, I was ready to discard, yet something in me urged me to go on, and so I did it in my mind, rather than physically, and continued the relaxation guidance that way. Grateful, because I really loved the pranayama kosha, very powerful. I missed the opportunity of working with sankalpa. To me, that is an integral part of yoga nidra🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
