
Manifesting Through Meditation

So good morning everybody.
Thanks for joining today.
It's a beautiful day and it's morning wherever you,
I don't know wherever you are in the world,
I know that I have people that listen in from lots of different countries across the world.
So good morning,
Good evening,
Good afternoon.
You know over the last couple of weeks I have been noticing something and it's progressively getting sort of,
I don't want to say stronger,
But more noticeable.
So I wanted to talk about this today before we meditate.
All these protests with the Black Lives Matter movement,
Have you noticed that they are in the process of manifesting what they are trying to achieve?
Now you know and here's the thing,
Well okay I'll just I'll leave it in the context of this example right now.
They are manifesting what they've been working on,
Working towards and it's just so amazing and so cool to watch,
To watch it play out sort of in real time,
Right?
So what I wanted to do today was give you a quick like five minute,
Literally five minutes,
Like sort of lesson just so that you can not really even a lesson but just show you guys that manifesting it's like a perfect real world example,
Right?
Okay so when you decide that you want to manifest something,
I don't know whether you've heard the term before or not,
But it's basically manifesting is creating what you want in your life,
Right?
And creating it yourself,
Okay?
So basically the steps are this and again going through this really fast,
I could talk for like hours about this right?
But you need to get clear on what it is that you want,
That you want to manifest.
What is it?
Is it a cause?
Is it a car?
Is it just something in your life that would make your life a little bit easier?
I'll give you my own personal example in a minute,
Right?
And then you need to ask the universe.
You need to give it up to the universe and I actually saw someone the other day from the Black Lives Matter movement say it in such a way I thought she gets this,
She gets this on this level.
So interesting,
Right?
So then you need to you need to trust the process and you need to actually do some work.
You need to work towards it,
Right?
Allow the universe to do what it's going to do.
If you see a road,
Step down the road,
Step on that path and move towards it,
Right?
Again,
Really fast press,
Really fast description of this,
Right?
So keep moving forward and one of the keys to the whole entire thing is to keep your vibration high as you are working at the manifesting.
You got to keep your vibration high.
You have to believe,
You have to believe that whatever it is is going to happen,
You have to trust the process and keep your vibration in a higher place.
Don't get to that,
Don't go down to that place of either jealousy because somebody else has it or anger or fear because if you allow those to creep in that sets back the manifesting process,
Right?
So I'll just give you my own personal little example and this happened a couple of years ago but this is the biggest thing that I've ever manifested so it was really exciting.
So I live in Southern California,
Right?
And it's beautiful here most of the time,
Right?
So I had,
You know,
For my years of being a mom and all that kind of stuff,
For my years of being a mom and all that stuff,
I had an SUV but my daughter is now in college and she is gone,
Well not gone but you know,
You understand what I mean?
So I decided that I wanted a Mustang convertible.
Actually what I really wanted was a white convertible,
Yeah that's what I wanted,
A white convertible,
Right?
So I had no idea how that was going to work out because of the financing and the thing and that all of the,
You know,
The logistics of it,
Right?
But then I thought one day I was driving back and forth to work and I decided I was going to pretend as though I was in my convertible,
Right?
So I'm driving down the road with all my windows down and of course I didn't close my eyes because you're driving,
Right?
But I had the wind going through my hair and I just envisioned that I was in a convertible,
Right?
So and I did that for days and days and weeks and weeks and what ended up happening was is that even though I had no idea how financially that was going to work itself out,
One day we just,
And there's a lot more to the story,
But one day just out of the blue my husband was like,
Oh let's go and look and I was like,
Okay.
So we go and we look and I have a white convertible Mustang now,
Right?
I know I manifested that.
Now I did some work and that's the whole point.
There's work to be done.
These protesters,
They're working.
They're out there protesting every single day.
They're not giving up,
Right?
They're not giving up.
They are trusting the process to a certain degree.
They're working it forward.
They're moving it forward.
They're they're moving it forward.
They're protesting and they're keeping their vibration high.
The biggest part,
I think,
Well it's all big parts to manifesting,
Right?
But to me one of the biggest part parts of the whole thing is keeping your vibration high,
Right?
So today in our manifest,
In our manifesting,
Today in our meditation,
What we're going to do is we are going to get our vibration really high,
Okay?
And the way to do that is to get into a space firstly of gratitude,
Okay?
So let's get ourselves comfortable.
Get your blanket or get your get yourself situated in your chair.
Yeah and let's take a nice long,
Really really long.
So what I want you to do in this breath is breathe in extremely slow,
Okay?
Breathe in extremely slow.
Let the air go into your lungs and then let it sit there and breathe in some more.
Let it let the air that you're breathing in go down to the tips of your toes,
Okay?
So let's take a nice long,
Slow deep breath in.
Really really slow really really slow and allow it to go into your whole body.
Now hold it there and release through your mouth.
Great job,
Great job.
There's something about breathing in new,
Fresh,
Happy,
Positive air and then breathing out stress,
Negativity,
All that icky stuff that we keep in our minds and our bodies,
Right?
So let's do it again,
Right?
Okay,
Let's breathe in really slowly.
Fill up your lungs.
Perfect,
Perfect.
Breathe it in and hold it just for a second and breathe out.
Perfect.
So let's close our eyes.
Get ourselves ready to meditate on manifesting.
So let's start as we get ourselves ready.
Let's start to think as we've been doing now for the past few days.
Of those three things that we are grateful for.
So let's just start by settling in and thinking of those three things that we are grateful for,
That we are so thankful for,
That it could bring tears to our eyes.
So let's just start by thinking of those three things that we are grateful for,
That we are so thankful for,
That it could bring tears to our eyes.
And again,
That could be something tangible as like your car.
It could be something emotional,
Like someone complimented you yesterday or this morning and it really touched your heart.
Or it could be something as simple as that you appreciate the bed you slept in last night.
So as we think of those three things,
And you can do more if you choose,
Let's also put a smile on our face.
If we want to keep our vibration high,
We need to have a smile on our face.
So today what we're going to do is we're going to do our entire meditation with a smile on our face.
You think you can do that?
Perfect.
It can be a closed mouth smile.
It can be a happy smile.
It can be a teethy smile.
It can be a closed mouth smile.
It can be a happy smile.
It can be a teethy smile.
Now as we work on getting our vibration up really high with our smile on our face,
Our mantra today is going to be thank you.
And I want us to really try hard today.
And yes,
It's harder some days and it's easier other days,
You know,
But try really hard to concentrate on what the words thank you mean.
What does the words,
What do the words thank you mean to you?
It's an expression of gratitude.
Obviously,
But it also can be an expression of satisfaction and just actual happiness in our lives.
So when we say thank you,
It's not just for the tangible things that we have,
The physical things that we have.
It's a thank you for,
It's an appreciation of all of the good things in our lives.
So let's get ourselves situated in our chair,
Palms up on our lap,
And let's get our hands together and let's get our hands together.

Get that smile on your face,
And let's begin.

Let's start bringing our awareness back to our room wherever we are.
And start to think about the amazing life that we have and how lucky we are to have all the things that we have,
Families,
Loved ones,
A roof over our head.
And let's try to remember how we feel at this particular moment,
The gratitude that we have for our lives,
And take that with us through the rest of the day.
And whenever you feel comfortable,
You can open your eyes.
How did that feel,
Everybody?

Yes,
I realize that we went a little bit longer than I normally go.

You know,
I really wanted to sort of bring this home and make us all realize that we are.

We have the ability to change our lives and to be,
To gain whatever it is that we choose,
Whether it's something emotional,
Whether it's something physical.
We have access to all of that.
So try to take your smile that you had on your face for our meditation.
Try to take it with you the rest of today.
