Today let’s 'just be' happy, 'just be' love, 'just be' ourselves. It's hard sometimes to just 'be' ourselves but what if, just for today, we just got to be free and be who we truly are? Doesn't that take pressure off?

Good morning everybody.

Welcome to morning meditation in the flow.

Let's get in the flow.

I love that.

The idea of that is just so amazing.

So,

So much to tell you guys.

So here's the deal.

I'm always looking for inspiration as to what I'm gonna say before I,

What I'm gonna say before I start the meditation,

Right?

That's always my big thing.

And you know,

Today it just,

It didn't come.

Like nothing came.

I was like,

You know,

That's actually okay.

What if we just spent the day just being,

Just being,

Just being ourselves,

Being compassionate,

Being truthful,

Being loving.

God,

I mean it's just so amazing.

It's such an amazing idea to do,

You know,

To just be.

And it's so interesting because there's a,

There's a real freedom to that too.

Like what if we took away all of the things that we thought we had to do?

Like my big thing last week is that,

You know,

Because we all have our stuff going on,

My big thing last week is I felt like I was disappointing all these people,

Right?

I thought I was disappointing this person or that person and everything.

And then I thought,

So what?

What if I'm not?

What if I'm disappointing somebody,

But what if I'm not?

Let's just be.

What if I was just to be?

Take away that feeling of disappointment.

Take away that feeling of,

You know,

Just letting everybody down or,

You know,

Whatever,

Whatever that like icky feeling is for you.

What if we just were to be?

So let's just take today,

Let's take our,

Let's promise ourselves,

Let's take on that challenge of just being,

Just being in the moment that takes off so much pressure.

It takes off so much pressure to,

To not have to worry about being a certain way,

Being corporate or not being corporate or,

You know,

Or whatever.

And it's all okay to do that.

It's all okay to be who we are,

Who we choose to be and who we want to be and who,

Who we know deep down in our soul,

Who we are.

Just be that person today.

I love that.

Love,

Love,

Love that.

I thought,

Love that idea.

So,

So as we get ourselves ready to meditate,

Let's get,

Let's get comfortable.

Let's get ourselves in a place where we know we can sit and be,

Just be.

So let's just sit down.

You can lay down,

You can sit cross-legged.

I feel so comfortable when I sit cross-legged for whatever reason.

I'm not exactly sure why,

But that's like my comfort place.

So you need to find your,

And sit and just be.

So we've had a nice,

Beautiful few days to think and let's,

Let's really concentrate on what we are grateful for.

What are you grateful for today?

What are you grateful for?

In the last few days,

Maybe some stuff has been coming up.

You know,

Mercury is retrograde,

So stuff is gonna be coming up.

Thank you so much,

Mr.

Mercury.

All right.

What are you grateful for?

I'm grateful to be here right now.

I'm just being.

But seriously though,

I am,

What are you grateful for?

I am grateful to be here right now.

I'm in a really peaceful mood right now,

In a really thoughtful place,

And I like that.

I don't like it when I feel rushed or when I feel stressed or anxious.

I don't like feeling like that.

I feel really good today.

I feel really good to be,

To just be today.

That's what I'm grateful for.

Grateful to be alive.

That is so perfect.

Perfect.

So let's keep our eyes closed.

Let's take a nice,

Beautiful,

Really slow deep breath in.

Having the air go to every cell and release.

Perfect.

That was so good.

Let's do it again.

Let's let our air this time go deep down in our bellies,

Way deep down in our bellies.

So take a deep breath in and release.

Another thing,

That's another thing that allows us to be free,

Allows us to be free.

Beautiful.

So today,

As we consider our gratitude for being alive and just being,

Another sacred question that David G,

My meditation teacher,

Always asks,

And I found it really,

Really appropriate for today.

Who am I being when I am being my best self?

So who am I being when I'm being my best self?

Am I being compassionate?

Am I being truthful?

Am I being loving?

Who are you being when you're being your best self?

Empathetic?

Beautiful.

Very good.

Now as we get ready to sit in our silence and stillness today,

Our mantra for the day is moksha.

Moksha means freedom.

And again,

How appropriate for today.

It's funny how when I don't plan things that things just work themselves out.

Moksha is freedom.

So as we say moksha over and over,

As we're sitting in our silence,

Just sit in that freedom.

Sit in it and be it.

Beautiful.

I will keep the time and know that if you drift,

That's absolutely okay.

Just allow yourself to come back to moksha.

Let's begin.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Let's bring our awareness back to our bodies.

Let's just sit in this beautiful energy just for one more minute.

Let's know that we have the courage to go through our day just being.

Being our best selves and just being.

Beautiful.

When you feel comfortable,

You can open your eyes.

Perfect.

You guys did great today.

Thank you guys for joining.

Really always appreciate all the beautiful feedback and all of the beautiful things that you guys say.

Thank you for joining today.

Until next time,

Namaste and remember to just be today.

Have a great day.
