So just write them down What are the five most important things that you want to do or achieve or focus on?

What are your five main priorities work family life?

Whatever it is.

Just write it down The next thing you do is write down five people did you want to send love to and That are especially people that you actually do not get along with so well Why is that again so important so it is important because you?

Overcome your negative emotion once you actually just stick to the negative emotion and Stick to the garage you hold this will harm yourself.

This will be bad for yourself and just overcome that by writing down the people you want to send love to and the last thing is just Expand your focus in terms of finding five things you're actually really really really grateful truly grateful for Today so they can be anything from the air you breathe To the shower you take to the coffee you drink it can be also the rain that drops down to your face You can be grateful for anything and that exercise will help you to really do so to feel that feeling and To keep that during a day you
