This space will give you the opportunity to love and nourish all parts of yourSelf, so that you may find healthier ways for becoming a fully online advocate for your needs, boundaries and desires within external relationships. May you walk away from this space with more self love, trust, knowing, and confidence to have the kinds of relationships that your heart, your body and your being deserve.

Lição 1
How To Love And Be Loved: The Avoidant Attacher
It can be painful for to love someone whose attachment pattern is to take space, and create distance. It can be even more painful for someone who desires closeness but whose conditioning and history push them to habitually run away, flee, or hide from those they love. How can we build a bridge back?
Lição 2
What Does It Mean To Be Too Much: The Anxious Attacher
It is painful when our needs are unmet. When our desire for closeness is seen as needy, graspy or TOO much. How can we as anxious attachers find more safety within ourselves to care for the many needs and desires we may have? How can we create more space for our partners?
Lição 3
How To Not Attract A Partner With Narcissistic Tendencies
It can be unbelievably heartbreaking to continue finding ourselves in abusive, painful, and manipulative relationships. There are many warning signs and self behaviours that we can self correct to keep ourselves from falling prey to toxic relating patterns.
Lição 4
The Difference Between The Stoic & The Secure Attacher
To be securely attached in relationship does not just mean secure in meeting your own needs and capacity but it means having the space, empathy and desire to love, hold and supply your partner with energy as well to have their needs, and desires met. How can we be more balanced and secure in love?
Lição 5
333 Rule For Anxiety: A Moving Meditation
This technique can be used in the moment that something is triggering your anxiety. It involves looking around your environment to identify three objects, three sounds, and then moving three body parts. This practice will be paired alongside a silent witnessing meditation.
Lição 6
Trauma Bonds: What Are They? How Do We Clear Them?
We are vulnerable to unhealthy relational tethers when we lack clear boundaries, and a deep understanding of our early on attachment wounds and how they lead us to attract from a place of lack and/or unrealistic expectation. So where do we begin detangling from these dysregulated relational spaces?
Lição 7
Co-Dependency & Establishing Sovereignty
In relationships, sometimes, before we know it we can find ourselves tangled in relational dependence. It can be very challenging to establish new boundaries and needs depending on what was previously set as a relational standard. So, how in the thick of co-dependency, can we find sovereignty?
Lição 8
Viloma Pranayama: Grounding Breathing Practice & Meditation
Viloma pranayama is a yoga breathing exercise that involves a a long inhalation followed by a series of interrupted exhalations with pauses. It is a practice of breath control that is known to regulate energy throughout the body, and ground us into the parasympathetic nervous system.
Lição 9
Sama Vritti, Box Breath Of Equilibrium
This is one of the easiest to remember pranayama exercises which is equal length inhales and exhales. Box Breathing is similar, with a retention on either end of the breath. This breathing technique, paired with stillness in meditation can allow us to ground into Theta states, and calm the mind.
Lição 10
Somatic Resonance: Holding The Breath And Body In Safety
When we have been disembodied, dissociated or numb in our bodies we can use gentle self touch to bring the body, breath and nervous system back into resonance. With slowness, our nervous systems begin to trust our choice making and grant us access to more life energy and healing.

Beautiful course from a beautiful soul ♥️ I took it very slowly as so much in there. I felt witnessed and accepted. Loved the final three exercises - I wondered if the final session could become a stand alone track as I loved it so much 🙏♥️
