Welcome.
To this short meditation on the art of effortless flow.
In this practice we will be using our breath,
Allowing it to flow freely.
And we will also use energy bars.
So just follow my voice and I will be guiding you throughout.
So start to find a comfortable meditative posture.
Closing your eyes,
Relaxing the shoulders.
And start to connect with your breath.
Allowing the breath to flow freely Inhaling deeply.
Exhaling fully.
The breaths are gentle.
Yet long and deep.
With every exhale,
Allow the body to soften.
Softening the jaw,
The palms,
The fingers,
The toes.
Now let's use these deep breaths and breathe into different parts of the body.
Even though the breath is not reaching there,
We are taking our energy,
Awareness and attention into those regions.
So a big breath into the brain,
Into the top of your head.
As you exhale,
Relax and soften.
One more big gentle breath into the brain.
Allowing the brain to soften with the exhale.
Now breathing into the whole face.
And as you exhale,
Allow the face to soften,
To unclench.
One big breath into the whole head region.
And as you exhale,
Soften.
This time inhaling into the neck.
Exhaling in Relaxing.
Now breathing into your right shoulder.
Releasing all the heaviness all the baggages Now breathing into the left shoulder.
Relax and let go.
Breathing into the right arm.
Exhale and let go soften all the muscles Now breathing into the right palm and the fingers.
Exhaling and softening Breathing into the left arm.
Exhale and relax.
Let go.
Breathing into the left palm and the fingers.
Exhale and relax.
Now breathing into the heart into the chest.
Expanding the chest.
Exit and relax.
Breathing into the belly.
Expand the belly,
Expand,
Expand,
Expand,
Expand Relax and let go.
Now breathing into the groin.
Relax,
Exhale and relax.
Breathing into the right leg.
Exhale and soften.
Breathing into the right foot,
Top the whole of right foot.
Exhale and relax.
Now breathing into the left leg.
Breathing into the left foot.
Exhale and relax.
Now allow the breaths to flow freely.
Gently guiding them.
Into the whole body.
Be aware of your body.
And stay with the breath.
And with every exhale.

Relax.
Unclench.
Let go.
All the attachments,
All that you're holding on to.
All the control,
All the resistance.
All the cards.
.
.
That are lowering us or lowering the frequency.
Breathing into your wholeness.
That you are.
Inhaling fully.
Exhaling fully.
Three more deep and long breaths.
Allow the breath to be a flow.
And feel this frequency of effortless flow.
Of wholeness.
There are no external pulls,
Pushes.
You are whole.
You are complete.
Uncontained.
In your cell.
With your breath.
Try to feel the field around you.
Try to feel your energy.
And claim it fully,
Embrace it.
Allowing your body,
Each and every cell of your body to learn this effortless flow.
I will give a few moments here.
Just be with your breath.
And be in this beautiful space of presence.
Now slowly become aware of your body Take a deep conscious breath,
Exhaling fully.
With a gentle smile and lots and lots of appreciation.
