Hello,

My name is Bianca.

Let's have a moment of mindfulness together.

Come to sit tall.

Welcome a deep inhalation through the nose.

As you release the breath,

Relaxing the muscles of your face,

Parting the teeth,

Relaxing the lower jaw.

Let your shoulders fall away from your ears.

Let your arms rest heavy,

Releasing any grip you may have on the belly.

Give yourself permission to let go here.

Very gently with your eyes,

Scanning your environment around you.

Take a look around,

Feeling yourself in the space.
