This meditation will help you let go of any righteousness and any emotions tied to pride. You are here in this life to learn. This world, this space, is teaching you to be who you were meant to be. Even the people who you find it difficult to interact with, and their energy is not compatible with yours, teach you something.

Take a moment to get comfortable.

Now see if you can let go of anything that is preventing you from settling in this space in this moment.

Noticing the situations that are producing a fight or flight response.

You may feel anxious or stress.

Maybe a person or a situation that would have recently happened.

You don't need to think about these situations.

Just bring them gently into your awareness without responding to them.

Breathing through the core self at your solar plexus chakra near the navel and also at the crown chakra at the top of your head.

Try to see if you can connect the two and breathe deeply for the next several minutes.

If you feel anxious or stressed,

You can let go of anything that is preventing you from settling in this space in this moment.

If you lose your pace,

You can gently bring yourself back to the breath or whatever your stillness point may be.

Breathing through the core self at your solar plexus chakra near the navel and also at the crown chakra at the top of your head.

Now see if you can let any negative energy gently pool around you outside of your awareness.

No longer resisting or reacting to the situation that produced that fight or flight response.

Continue breathing through the crown and solar plexus.

Breathing in through the nose and gently out through the mouth.

Sink deeply into the energy of your core self with each out breath.

Breathing in through the nose and gently out through the mouth.

Breathing in through the mouth.

Now gently lift your energy to your crown and see if you can pull yourself up into the space just above your body.

Just above your head.

So you're looking down on yourself and let the awareness of beautiful self love come all down upon you.

Let go of any commitments you felt like you failed at.

Let go of any accomplishments you're trying to hold onto.

Just let that awareness sit inside this clean energy that has no attachments,

No commitments.

As you let these go,

Begin to notice how letting go of the fight or flight response and the commitments or the need to be right or wrong.

Feel how that begins to elevate you into your higher life purpose.

That letting go elevates you into your higher life purpose.

These events the universe gives you are giving you an opportunity to expand and elevate to your purpose.

Let go of any commitments you felt like you failed at.

Let go of any accomplishments you've failed at.

Let yourself gently open up to the core self and the solar plexus chakra to the opportunity to learn from these experiences.

Again,

You don't need to think about these experiences.

Any interactions or flight or fight responses can just fall outside of your awareness.

You can just sit inside the willingness to learn from those interactions.

You can see how you can be a better version of you now that you are stepping away from the reaction and into the learning.

Let go of any accomplishments you've failed at.

You are elevating to your higher purpose.

Elevated wisdom and life.

You can continue to breathe through this learning space for the next few minutes.

Just let the beauty of your resiliency and your ability to be a more wise person from negative experiences.
