Take a few moments to get comfortable.

Now start by taking several deep breaths.

Let your mind begin to rest and let go of thoughts for the day.

Notice the sounds around you.

Bring the roles you associate with yourself to mind.

You don't need to think of all the tasks or confrontations or projects to do with these roles.

Just simply bring them to mind and find in your body where you react to those roles.

Now shift your mind to locate your core self.

This is the self that makes up all of those other roles.

This is who you are underneath every role in your life.

This is you.

See if you can feel where your core self lives in your body.

Now,

Really breathe in deeply into that location.

Continue to breathe through that location for the next few minutes.

When you lose focus,

Just bring yourself back to the breath and your core self.

You may begin to feel a grounding in that core self,

Almost a sinking into that core self.

See if you can breathe deeper into that core self and activate it even more.

Once again releasing the happiness in your body.

Again.

You you you you you you you Let go of each roll one by one and Let them roll off your back you You no longer associate with those rolls You are your core self you let go of any accomplishments or commitments associated with those rolls you you let go of any responsibility to those rolls you you you you you you you Fill your body with that awareness of your whole self You are your core self opened up to the universe you you are the only version of you you are grounded in you you you you are capable of existing without any constraints or rolls you you you you you you Breathe in a few more moments and release your whole self into the universe with each out breath you you you you you you you can sit in that energy a little while longer and when you're ready you can begin to bring the focus of your eyes and attention back to the space you you you you
