Welcome,

Radiant Sister.

My name is Nola Bloom and today I am guiding you through a slow feminine journey that helps you reconnect with a deep intuitive knowing held within your sacred womb space.

This practice invites you to soften into your feminine essence,

Listen inwardly and harmonize the relationship between your body,

Heart and spirit.

Before we begin,

Take a moment to prepare your space with intention.

Find a quiet,

Comfortable place where you can relax.

You may wish to light a few candles or lay out your favorite sarong.

When you are ready,

Settle into a seated or lying down position.

Use extra cushions or pillows to support your body fully.

Close down your eyes and take a slow breath in and a long breath out.

Allow your breath to become full but remain feeling natural.

Let each exhale soften you from the inside out.

Now rest your hands gently on your lower abdomen.

Feel the warmth of your palms settling over your womb space.

Allow your body to relax beneath your touch.

As the breath slows,

Let your awareness begin to deepen into the womb,

The sacred inner sanctuary that holds the power of creation,

Intuition and light.

Visualize a warm golden glow deep within your womb,

Soft,

Radiant and steady as though the divine feminine herself is illuminating the space from within.

With each breath,

Imagine this golden light expanding,

Filling your womb,

Your pelvis,

Your belly and gently rising to your heart.

Feel the nurturing presence of your womb.

Feel the ancient wisdom that lives here.

Notice the subtle ways it communicates through sensation,

Emotion,

Intuition and quiet inner knowing.

There is nothing to force,

Nothing to fix,

Just listening,

Just presence.

Allow any feelings,

Images or messages to arise without judgment.

Your womb speaks in a language older than words,

A language your body remembers.

Now,

As you remain connected to this sacred space,

Repeat the following affirmations slowly and with intention.

You may repeat them inwardly or voice them out loud.

My womb is a source of deep intuition and wisdom.

I release tension,

Fear and old stories from my womb space.

I honor the sacredness of my womb and trust the guidance that rises from within me.

Let these affirmations settle into your womb,

Your belly and your heart.

Let them be absorbed into the deeper layers of your being.

Feel gratitude for your womb,

For its wisdom,

Resilience,

Memory and quiet guidance.

Know that you can return to this space of womb wisdom whenever you need clarity,

Grounding or nurturing from the divine feminine within you.

Take a few final deep breaths.

Feeling the connection between your womb and your heart.

Feeling a sense of wholeness settling through your entire body.

When you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Carry this wisdom with you through the rest of your day,

Knowing that your inner guidance is always here,

Always speaking,

Always on your side.
