Good morning beautiful soul.

Welcome to this brand new day.

Today's practice is called Soft Awakening.

A gentle morning meditation created for days when your energy feels a little softer.

A little more tender.

Moments when you've woken early or simply have the space to greet the morning with quiet presence.

Allow this to be your soft beginning.

A peaceful way to connect with yourself before the world stirs with light.

Whenever you're ready,

Settle yourself into a comfortable position.

And let's ease into this morning together.

Take a big breath in and a soft easy breath out.

Let your body rest exactly as it is.

Warm,

Unhurried,

And slowly waking.

Feel your breath moving through your body.

Natural and effortless.

Like the first breeze of the day.

Imagine a gentle morning light beginning to gather around you.

A warm,

Quiet glow that softens the edges of everything it touches.

Feel this light at the top of your head,

Flowing down your forehead,

The space between your brows,

Your temples,

Your eyelids.

Let it soothe away any remnants of sleep.

Allow it to warm your cheeks,

Your jaw,

And the corners of your mouth.

Let everything soften.

The light drifts down your neck,

Into your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands,

And your fingertips.

Then into your heart space.

Expanding gently with each inhale,

And settling with each exhale.

Let it move through your belly,

Your hips,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves,

Your feet,

And your toes.

Your whole body now held in the soft glow of the morning.

Take a moment to connect with the rhythm of your breath.

The quiet energy of this new morning.

As you breathe here,

Feel a soft light surrounding you.

Warm,

Gentle,

Welcoming.

Let this morning light become the space you rest in.

Feel it glow through your whole body.

A tender warmth inviting you to arrive fully into the day.

And now let's invite a few morning affirmations to set the tone for your day.

Repeat them inwardly with space for each one to settle.

I welcome this new day with clarity and calm.

My mind is open and my heart is steady.

I step into this morning with gratitude and ease.

And rest here for a few more breaths.

Soft,

Steady,

Present.

Let that quiet intention ripple gently through you as you begin to notice the world around you arising.

The air touching your skin.

The soft sounds of the morning.

The subtle brightness behind your eyelids.

Take one more slow breath in and a long breath out.

When you're ready,

Wiggle your fingers,

Roll your shoulders,

And invite a little more brightness into your breath.

Slowly allow the eyes to flicker open,

Carrying this gentle awareness with you into your morning.

Thank you for beginning your day with me.

May this softness follow you through whatever unfolds next.

Namaste
