Welcome,

Radiant Soul.

It's Nola Bloom here.

This is a short journaling prompt meditation.

A gentle pause to settle the breath and listen beneath the surface of your thoughts.

Have your pen and paper nearby and settle into a comfortable space.

Feel the support beneath you and let your shoulders soften.

Take a slow breath in and an easy natural breath out.

Now turn your attention inward.

No searching,

Just noticing.

And here is your journaling prompt.

What is quietly asking for my attention right now?

As you sit with this question,

Notice what begins to arise.

Thoughts,

Feelings,

Memories,

Or sensations.

Just watch what arises.

Not the loudest voice,

Not the most urgent demand,

But the subtle truth that's been waiting underneath.

Now take your pen and begin to move it on the paper.

Allow the page to receive whatever comes without editing or pausing.

And take all the time you need.

Namaste.
