Good morning everybody!
Are you ready to have the most incredible day ahead?
Starting your day with a meditation is a powerful way to clear your mind and set your intentions.
This practice prepares you to manifest the perfect day.
You're in the right place at the right time.
So now settle in a comfortable position,
Either sitting upright,
Head balanced and eyes closed,
Or lying down as you prefer.
And now begin by taking a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs completely,
And then exhale slowly,
Releasing any tension.
Then take another deep breath in through your nose,
Breathing in vitality and peace.
And as you exhale,
Allow your whole body to relax.
Today is going to be an incredible day.
Speak it as your truth and watch as it manifests into reality.
To have an incredible day,
Gratitude is an essential ingredient.
So let's start by expressing thankfulness.
Think of 10 things you are grateful for,
Counting them on your fingers as you go.
And remember to be grateful for even the simple things you may take for granted.
Such as your sight,
Your ability to hear,
Your legs,
Your arms,
Your good health,
And the ability to breathe deeply.
Also,
Be grateful for your home,
Anything material or non-material that brings value to your life.
And as you think of each thing,
Let the feeling of gratitude fill your heart and mind.
So think of 10 things you are grateful for,
Counting them on your fingers as you go.
Now think of someone you truly care about,
Someone you're grateful to have in your life.
Notice how your heart center fills with love.
And then say out loud,
Or in your mind,
Thank you.
Pay close attention to how this thankfulness feels in your body.
Notice any sensations or changes and identify where they are.
So now with this wonderful feeling of gratitude,
Let's use it as fuel to create your incredible day.
Begin to visualize the things you will do today,
See them as wonderful and fulfilling.
Imagine opportunities coming your way and feel the excitement for life.
You are open to amazing possibilities,
So embrace them with joy.
Now visualize something amazing happening to you today.
Perhaps you receive wonderful news or a significant sum of money.
How would you feel?
Grateful,
Excited,
Hopeful.
Now identify all these emotions and let them flow throughout your entire body.
By doing this exercise,
You are changing the cells in your body,
Setting the stage for an incredible day.
Know that your thoughts and feelings shape your reality.
So have faith that what you envision will come to pass.
Trust in the process and believe in the power of your intentions.
And as we near the end of our morning meditation,
Let's empower ourselves with some affirmations.
So repeat after me.
I am grateful for this new day.
I am open to the opportunities this day brings.
I am capable and strong.
I am surrounded by love and support.
I am deserving of success and happiness.
I am at peace with what is and excited for what is to come.
I am in alignment with my highest self.
I am attracting positivity and abundance.
I am confident and courageous.
I am creating an incredible day.
You are doing wonderfully,
But now it's time to let go of what we have created.
Surrender it to the universe,
Knowing that it will organize everything perfectly for you.
Release any need to control the outcome.
Free yourself from any pressure or expectation.
Just let go.
And now think of three more things you are grateful for.
And allow this gratitude to fill you up completely.
And now take one last deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Say in your mind,
I am grateful to be me.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes,
Returning fully to the present moment.
You are now prepared to have an incredible day ahead.
