Waterfall Healing Meditation

There we will take a natural shower in a natural waterfall to wash away any remaining blocks and worries before balancing our chakras and recharging us with vitality, wellbeing and confidence. Hi,

Welcome to my guided meditation and healing podcast.

I'm Sanni and today I will guide you through a powerful healing and chakra balancing session in a forest waterfall.

I hope you will enjoy it and that it will bring you peace and healing.

So let's get started.

I would recommend for you to lie down if you can,

But if you prefer you can also sit back in your chair in a relaxed and comfortable position.

I will give you a few moments to get comfortable.

Okay,

Now when you're ready,

Let's get started.

Begin by closing your eyes and relaxing your eyelids and start by taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Expanding the lungs and breathing deep down into your belly.

And on the exhale,

Just release any tension and soften your mind.

And again,

Breathe in deeply through your nose,

Breathing in peace,

Deep,

Deep peace and relaxation.

And then exhale,

Letting go of all stress and any worries that you may have been holding onto.

And now,

Let's take one more breath in,

Slowly,

All the way into your belly and then exhale fully,

Relaxing more and more.

And as we continue this meditation,

Try to keep focusing on your breathing and as you're listening to the sound of my voice,

You can feel yourself drifting into a more peaceful state of being.

Let any thoughts that are bothering you just disappear for the time being.

And just for now,

Every cell in your being is relaxing.

You're breathing in relaxation and exhaling any tension and any worries.

You feel a warm,

Wonderful sensation in your body as you allow all the tension to drift away from you.

Now let's imagine that you're walking through a lovely,

Warm rainforest.

You can see the sunlight between the leaves,

Flickering and dancing over the trees that line the path.

The moss on the ground makes a spongy bed on the forest floor that springs under your bare feet as you follow the path deep into this magical forest.

And as you move forward on your path,

Slowly take in a deep breath of clean,

Fresh forest air and let it clear your mind.

Breathe in the fresh air and slowly fill your lungs completely.

And when you breathe out,

Let the worries and tensions of today just leave your body.

With each breath,

You feel more and more relaxed.

The air feels warm and you're comfortable.

And as you wander down the path,

You are enjoying the sing-song of all the exotic birds.

You are taking in all the forest sounds around you and the smells and sensations of this wonderful place.

The smell of fresh rainforest plants brings with it a deep sense of comfort and happiness and your body relaxes more and more with each step that you take.

You then become aware of the sound of rushing water and as you look to the right,

You can see a high waterfall which lands in a deep pool in a lovely sunlit forest glade.

The waterfall is surrounded by tall trees and beautiful exotic flowers.

And as you walk closer to the water,

The canopy of the forest opens up to reveal a soft blue sky.

There is not a cloud in sight.

There is an opening in the cliff behind the waterfall.

The sun is feeling very warm on your skin.

So you decide to walk towards the shade of the rock behind the stream of water.

Behind the waterfall,

The air is cool and moist.

It feels so pleasant against your skin.

Looking through the water,

You can see all the colors of the rainbow performing an elegant dance as the sun's light reflects off the water.

You reach out your hand to touch the water and find its temperature very comfortable.

So you decide to take a few steps forward into the water.

You take a drink of the water and it tastes so clean and refreshing after your long walk through the forest.

You can even feel the faint mist of spray on your face.

You then decide to walk into the pool and towards the waterfall until the water is flowing over you and through you.

Any tension,

Stress and worries are now dissolving and flowing away from you as the water passes through your body,

Through the tips of your fingers and your legs and feet to the tips of your toes.

And as the water continues to pour through you,

Your head clears.

All the negative emotions,

Feelings and fears that were trapped in your neck and shoulders are dissolving now and flowing away from you.

All the way down your arms,

Hands,

Down your legs and feet and out of your toes.

Your neck and shoulders are being massaged.

It feels so comfortable as the water cleanses any negative emotions out of your chest and all the way out of your heart,

Releasing any pain that has been locked in and just flushing it out of your body.

The flowing water continues to pour into you,

Washing away any tension and negativity from your belly.

Your entire upper body has now been cleansed and you feel so much lighter.

The flowing water is now flushing out any negative emotions contained in your hip and pelvic area.

Just let the powerful stream of water keep working its magic,

Lower and lower down your body,

Releasing any fears and blocks in your upper legs,

In your knees,

In your calves and in your feet.

You finally feel the last fragments of tension,

Fear and negativity flow out of your body and right out of your fingertips and your toes.

And you remain under the pouring water just for a little longer.

The water is now glowing as it flows from the top of your head through your crown chakra,

Energizing you and purifying your connection to Universal Consciousness.

And after a short while,

The water turns a vibrant violet color as it flows through your third eye,

Cleansing your intuition.

And then it shimmers a blue color as it moves through your third chakra and you become aware of your own authentic voice.

And as the water flows further down your chest,

It takes on a green shimmer as it flows through your heart chakra.

And you become aware of a profound love and a connection to all there is.

The water then takes on a yellow color as it flows through your solar plexus.

And as it does,

It strengthens your physical and spiritual body,

Creating a feeling of profound power.

Then the water turns from a yellow to an orange color as it passes through your lower belly and pours into your sacral chakra.

And as it does,

You feel yourself being filled up with warmth,

Passion and confidence.

And then,

Finally,

The water takes on a reddish tint and you can feel this water cleansing and purifying your root chakra,

Creating a deep sense of security within yourself.

And as you stand under this purifying waterfall for a moment longer,

Just allow the water to balance your spiritual body from crown to root.

Allow it to infuse all your cells and atoms with healing and well-being.

And when you're ready,

You can carefully step out of the powerful flow of falling water,

Stepping gently onto the rocks beside the pool.

And as you step back onto the path,

Just let your bare feet sink into the soft green moss and feel the earth below you support and hold you.

Imagine that from the soles of your feet,

There are roots growing right down into the earth,

Deeper and deeper into the earth below you.

And at the very center of the earth,

You can feel a warm red energy rise right back up through the roots into your whole body.

This energy is empowering you and grounding you in this moment.

You feel ancient and connected to the earth.

Now say the following words to yourself.

I am here.

I belong.

I am safe.

I am supported.

I am held.

It's now time to leave this beautiful place,

But know that you can come back whenever you want to for balancing and healing.

And when you're ready,

You walk back on your path through the forest to where you came from.

And now let's take another deep breath in through your nose and then exhale fully.

Start to bring your awareness back to the room.

Start to notice the sounds around you.

Wriggle your fingers and your toes.

Move your head from side to side.

And whenever you're ready,

Open your eyes and I hope you feel relaxed,

Revitalized and well.

So I hope you enjoyed today's meditation in the waterfall.
