Welcome to this guided Reiki self-healing meditation.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction that also promotes healing.
This practice is based on the idea that we all have an energy force flowing through our bodies.
When this energy force is blocked or disrupted,
It can lead to physical,
Emotional or mental imbalances.
During this meditation,
We will use the healing power of Reiki to release any blockages in our energy flow to promote physical,
Emotional and spiritual healing.
This meditation is designed to help you connect with your own inner healing power and allow it to flow freely through your body.
To begin,
Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without any distractions.
Once you are in a relaxed position,
Take a few deep breaths to calm your mind and body.
And before we begin,
I invite you to take a moment to set an intention for your Reiki self-healing practice.
Your intention is your personal reason for doing this practice and it can help you focus your energy on that which you want to achieve.
Setting an intention can also bring clarity to your mind and emotions and help you connect with your inner self.
So now let's take a deep breath in and center yourself in the present moment.
Allow yourself to become fully aware of your body and your surroundings and bring to mind what it is that you want to heal or release.
It could be a physical pain,
An emotional burden,
A limiting belief or anything that is holding you back from your full potential.
And as you focus on your intention,
Try to connect with the feeling that you want to experience.
For example,
If your intention is to release stress,
Focus on how you would feel to be calm and relaxed.
If your intention is to find clarity,
Focus on how you would feel to have a clear and focused mind.
Take a moment to visualize yourself already experiencing the feeling that you want to achieve.
See yourself happy,
Healthy and whole and allow this vision to fill your mind and heart.
Now repeat your intention to yourself silently or out loud,
Whatever you prefer.
You can use a simple phrase like,
I am healing my body or I release all negative emotions.
Repeat your intention a few times and allow it to sink in.
Remember,
Your intention is personal and unique to you.
Trust your inner wisdom and intuition as you set your intention.
Your intention will guide you through this Reiki self-healing practice and help you achieve the healing that you seek.
And as we move through this meditation,
I will guide you through the process of connecting with the Reiki energy and allowing it to flow through your body,
Clearing any blockages and promoting healing.
Remember to be gentle with yourself and trust in the healing power of Reiki.
When you're ready,
Take another deep breath in and let go of any expectations or judgments under out breath.
Allow yourself to be open and receptive to the healing power of Reiki.
Now let's begin our journey to self-healing through the power of Reiki.
Take a moment to feel inside of yourself,
Becoming aware of any sensations you may be feeling right now.
Note any tingling,
Warmth or pain in your body without judgment.
Now you know how your mind and body feels at this present moment.
So we will begin to channel the Reiki energy through our crown chakra.
Visualize a bright white light above your head,
Representing the universal life force energy.
Imagine this light flowing down through your crown chakra and entering your body,
Filling you up with healing and loving energy.
Feel the warmth and light of the Reiki energy as it flows through your body.
Allow this energy to fill you up from head to toe as you become more and more relaxed and at peace.
Now bring your attention to your palms.
Visualize a ball of white light forming in each hand,
Representing the Reiki energy that you are channeling.
And as you continue to breathe deeply,
Feel this energy growing stronger and more powerful.
Now extend your arms in front of you and feel the energy flowing into your palms,
Filling them with the healing energy of Reiki.
Allow this energy to flow freely through your palms as you feel its loving,
Healing power.
And you are now ready to begin your Reiki self-healing practice,
Allowing this energy to heal and transform you from the inside out.
Starting at your feet and toes,
Bring your hands down,
Placing your palms just above your feet.
Feel the natural energy flow in your feet.
You may feel some heat or some tingling as you do so.
Scan your toes and feet for any disruption in your natural energy flow.
You will know when you feel it.
And now I would like you to imagine the white light emanating from your palms,
This healing energy counteracting any disruption you may be feeling.
Your mind is calm and relaxed as you begin to heal the energy flow within yourself.
As you continue to see the healing light from your hands extending to your feet and toes,
You begin to notice any disrupted energy change into a soothing and comforting sensation.
Your feet and toes will begin to feel more relaxed,
Softer and rested.
And now slowly move your hands up to your shins and calf muscles.
Scanning your ankles along the way,
You may become aware of a subtle difference in energy flow.
And again,
You may notice any spots or troubled areas.
So take a moment to feel the area and visualize the healing white light from your hands.
As you continue to scan,
Direct the universal life force energy into any areas that are giving you trouble.
And as you heal your ankles,
Shins and calves,
Relax your legs and feel the sensation of this soothing and refreshing Reiki energy flow.
You may now feel tingling in your legs and feet from this healing process.
This is totally normal.
You're feeling safe,
Comfortable and very relaxed.
Now moving your hands up to your knee and thigh area.
Scan that area and let your hands pick up any troublesome spots along the way.
Feel your own energy flow within yourself.
You may notice a tangled feeling or some tension.
And as you begin healing with the white light emanating from your palms,
Let your legs completely relax.
Now moving on slowly across your pelvic area and booty.
Let your hands get used to any new sensations of heat or tension as they scan any areas where you feel a redirection of energy is needed.
Once again,
Channel the healing white light through your palms.
And as you relax and repair this area,
Feel your legs relax and your ankles give away.
The more you feel the sensations of healing,
The more your body relaxes into a euphoric feeling.
You may begin experiencing a tingling sensation from your pelvis area downwards.
As your body begins to let go more and more.
Now you move your hands just above your abdomen and lower back area.
You may feel some anxiety there or possibly more tense muscles in this highly sensitive area.
And as you feel any hot spots of tension or interruption of flow,
Just channel the white healing light from your palms to your stomach area now.
Letting it disperse itself to those areas where it's needed the most.
Any anxiety,
Nervousness and tension are all dissolved and transformed into more positive energy within yourself.
Feel your stomach and back relax as the tingling new stream of relaxation starts to take effect.
Your abdomen is soothed now and very calm.
And your back is relaxed and soft.
You begin to feel much calmer and more rested right from your abdomen down to your toes.
So now move your hands up to your chest area and scan for any tension there.
Any stressful situations will accumulate around the heart and chest area,
Which can cause tight muscles and shallow breathing.
Aligning the energy in this chest area will help you to adopt a more relaxed breathing pattern that is comfortable.
Your back begins to relax as your breathing improves and the white healing light emanating from your palms brings a soothing and healing energy.
Your shoulders relax and you feel calm and in a state of tranquility from your chest right down to your toes.
So now move your hands just above your throat and scan for places that need clearing and realignment as you begin to channel the healing white light.
Let your throat and neck relax and breathe more easily as your energy flows.
You may notice a tingling sensation along the way as your whole head begins to relax more and more now as your throat area is being realigned and filled with positive energy.
Slowly move your palms over your face and start to scan your face from your jaw right to the top of your forehead,
Including the area around your ears.
And as you sense any areas in need of realignment,
Let the healing white light emanate from your palms and feel your face relax and become softer.
Your jaw relaxes,
Your tongue relaxes,
Your eyes relax.
And now place your palms just above your forehead and begin to feel anything that may be troubling your mind.
You may see your thoughts swirl around in front of you.
You may feel blocked energy.
And as you do,
Begin to channel the universal life force energy through your palms and let the healing and realignment take place.
And as it does,
Those thoughts and worries swirl around and begin to fade away.
Feel the sensation of relaxation from your whole body now.
Just let go fully and feel the peace.
And as you look now upon your physical body,
Listen for a moment to the soothing sound of your relaxed breath.
All your muscles are relaxed and calm.
So soak up this soothing atmosphere you feel from your body as you relax more and more.
And now when you feel ready,
You can slowly wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Move your head from side to side.
And then slowly raise your arms right up.
And then slowly let them drop.
And as you do,
Your whole body relaxes,
Completely letting go.
And then when you feel ready,
You can slowly and with a few blinks open your eyes,
Feeling rested,
Relaxed,
Calm and refreshed.
And healed from the inside out.
