Welcome to Day 6 of this 10-day series on living your life more fully with less stress and greater ease. Each day will offer very short videos that suggest practices to bring into your day. Focus on what you value in your life and who you want to be today. When you focus on your values and what is most important to you about how you show up in the world, you can interrupt the more primitive, reactive parts of your brain and turn on the higher cortex. This can help you make good decisions consistent with your deepest values and the best version of yourself.
