Bill Scheinman has been teaching mindfulness since 2001 and brings a broad knowledge of meditative disciplines from over 25 years of intensive practice. He teaches 8-week courses in mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) and facilitates corporate mindfulness classes throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Bill is a graduate of the Community Dharma Leaders program at Spirit Rock Meditation Center and is an award-winning blogger on mindfulness.
