This is a 20-minute guided relaxation track with singing bowls and the gentle sound of the flowing river in the background. After verbal guidance (which takes around 15-16 minutes) you are left with only the sounds of the singing bowls. At the end of the track, there is no talking, singing bowls fade away and the track ends, so if you are not planning to sleep, maybe it's useful to set a gentle alarm on your phone to get a notification that the track has ended.
