Reiki infused meditation for healing.
Sit or lie down in your most comfortable position.
Make sure your body feels supported by the surface you are sitting or lying on.
Give your body permission to deeply relax.
Turn your attention to your breathing for a moment.
Start by being aware of each inhale and exhale and how it feels.
Is it smooth or is there a hitch?
Can you detect any discomfort that comes up as you breathe?
Give permission and allow your breath to become more comfortable,
More relaxed and release any resistance in the breath.
Imagine you are breathing in relaxation and breathing out and releasing tension.
You may want to make each inhale and exhale a little longer and deeper as you become more relaxed.
Now begin to scan your whole body,
Starting at your toes and moving upwards.
Think about how your body feels and identify any areas that may benefit from a release of tension.
Are there any areas that need some healing energy?
Just give your whole body permission to relax.
Starting with your toes,
Feet,
Legs,
Pelvis,
Abdomen,
Rib cage,
Spine,
Chest,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Hands,
Fingers,
Neck,
Jaw,
Face and your head.
Tell your body it's okay to let go now.
Thinking about any areas that require some healing.
Give permission to receive some healing energy.
Imagine your body is surrounded by a beautiful golden light.
Give yourself permission to see it,
Feel it,
Sense it or just know that it is there,
Nurturing you in mind,
Body and spirit.
This light is infused with Reiki.
Reiki is a word that means life force energy.
Imagine being held in this energy.
If you know the Reiki master symbol or power symbol,
Imagine that you are surrounded by them or any other healing symbol that resonates with you.
And it's okay if you don't know any symbols,
This is not necessary.
Just express the intent to receive the energy that the symbols represent.
Symbols are just a form of intent.
I will draw the symbols for you.
Just be clear that your intent is to receive healing.
While you sit or lie in this golden light of healing energy,
Ask your body if it has anything to tell you.
This may come as a thought or a physical sensation.
If you get an answer,
Then you could do your best to understand and follow what it says,
If that feels right.
If you don't get an answer,
Just continue with the intent to receive healing.
The answer may come later.
Think about the parts of you that require healing.
Imagine you are sending loving energy to these parts.
I am also sending loving energy to them and to you through this Reiki infused meditation.
Imagine the problem or problems as they dissolve into little particles.
These particles can float away into the universe.
You may feel this happening straight away.
Or you may have to do this a few times.
And that's okay.
How does the healing feel?
Your body is always changing.
Your cells are constantly moving and renewing.
Healing is possible.
You can influence this with your intent.
Feel your healing as you receive this Reiki energy.
I now want you to see yourself in perfect health.
Radiant,
Natural health.
See yourself going about your day and night whilst glowing with radiance and energy.
Your body knows how to respond.
Your cells know how to respond.
Give yourself permission to be healthy,
