Reiki Infused Meditation For Healing - Extended Version

In response to the feedback on our previous Reiki Meditation, we present an extended version. You will be guided through an awareness of your body and your energy body, identifying areas that may require healing. You will then be invited to set the intent to receive the distant the Reiki healing that was infused into the reading and recording of this visualization. You can choose between ending the meditation feeling relaxed and ready for sleep or feeling energized for the rest of the day.
