For this practice, simply listen to the affirmation and then repeat it to yourself, out loud if you can, or in your mind. Then allow a few seconds to experience how the affirmation “feels” in your body. Some will have a more powerful impact than others, and that’s ok, it just means that those are the more powerful and truthful parts of who you are.
