So start to be aware of your body.

Where it is being supported.

Where it is being held.

What do your feet and your hips and your shoulders and your hands feel?

And then slowly become aware of your breath.

How your body moves as you breathe.

Feel your chest rise and fall.

Feel the air against your skin.

And feel it entering and leaving your body.

And then on an inhale take your awareness inside to that still quiet place within.

And we're just going to rest there for a few breaths.

In stillness and quiet.

And we're going to go on a journey.

We're going to go on a journey to somewhere beautiful to meet someone special.

I want you to imagine you are walking down a path.

And what that path looks like is up to you.

It may be through fields,

Across beaches,

Over mountains or through woods.

There may be obstacles in this path.

There may be difficult passages.

But always there is a way to get through.

And always there is beauty.

Spend a few breaths on this path.

On our way to somewhere beautiful.

To meet someone extraordinarily special.

And at the end of this path there is a house.

There is a home.

And what it looks like is up to you.

It may be a cottage.

It may be a palace.

It may be a tree house.

It may be a bungalow.

It may be an apartment.

This is a very special house because it is the home of someone incredibly important.

Whatever this house looks like,

Whatever this home looks like,

It is beautiful.

Walk up to the front door.

Take a moment.

And then step inside.

And have a good look around.

Marvel at how beautiful it is.

How perfect everything seems.

And take a few minutes to explore this house.

Go from room to room.

And work your way to the centre.

To the heart of this home where someone is waiting for you.

Someone incredibly special.

Someone incredibly important.

And as you draw close,

They rise to greet you.

And you know who they are.

You have known all your life.

An older,

Wiser,

More beautiful,

More loving version of you.

The part of you that always knows,

That always understands,

That always has the right words,

The right actions.

The part of you that never gives up.

The kind and patient part of you.

The part that loves you unconditionally.

The part that always has your back.

And you draw close.

You draw close.

And maybe there is a touch or a gesture.

Maybe there is a hug.

Maybe there is holding hands.

But maybe it is just looking into each other's eyes.

And then your inner elder leans forward and speaks some words to you.

And they are the words that you need to hear.

And only you know what those words are.

Spend a moment or two more with your inner elder.

Bathe in their presence and their wisdom.

Bathe in their love.

Wear it around you.

Like a robe,

Like a sweater,

Like a duvet.

Like armour.

And when we start our breath work,

When we go on our next journey,

Your inner elder will be with you every step of the way.

Now let's begin our breath work.

Open your mouth wide,

Really wide.

Start taking full body breaths.

Into every part of your body.

Your belly,

Your chest,

Your shoulders.

Breathe into your arms and your legs.

Breathe into your hands and your feet and your head.

Let your breath become every part of your body.

Keep your breath connected.

With no pauses at the top and no pauses at the bottom.

Like waves coming into a shore.

As soon as one ends,

The next one begins.

And pull it on the inhale and let go on the exhale.

Go at your own pace,

To your own depth,

At your own speed and rhythm.

And just breathe.

Oh,

God.

You You You And as you breathe deep full beautiful breaths Feel your inner elder with you With you every step with every breath And let's ask your elder a question Is there something that you are missing?

Is there something that you need to feel?

Is there something that you need to feel?

Is there a place you need to go to?

Is there a challenge in your life you are not facing?

What are you avoiding?

With your inner elder at your side Don't be afraid to go there Let your breath guide you Let your breath guide you Let your inner elder lead you With your inner elder at your side With your inner elder at your side Keep your mouth wide Keep your breath full Keep your breath connected with no pauses at the top no pauses at the bottom The music will start to increase now in tempo Use that to guide you to those places you may not usually go To those places you may not usually go You are safe with your inner elder and your breath So So So So So Open your mouth wide let your breath be full And breathe So So So So Stay present with your breath Stay committed breathe fully breathe deeply let it take you where you need to go Every inhale a blessing every exhale a prayer breathe it all in Breathe it all in and let it all go So So So keep breathing mouth wide full deep beautiful breaths So So So We have just a few minutes till we reach the peak so stay present stay committed to your breath Take it all in with your elder at your side you can do this breathe fully breathe freely Breathe deeply and trust where it takes you You can do this You've got this So And breathe So This is the final track before we reach the peak so breathe fully breathe freely Breathe deeply for two minutes So So So So So So Still breathe full deep breaths But gentle As if you are being cradled by someone who loves you And now really open your ears open your heart Listen and feel to all the messages that your inner elder has for you In every part of your life They know what to do They know what to say they know how to act listen to them Feel them Breathe with them So So So So Stay present with your breath stay committed Keep it gentle keep it kind Keep it gentle keep it kind keep listening and keep feeling and above all keep breathing So So So What are the messages coming from your inner elder?

I know this is just my beginning. This practice is difficult for me. Mouth breathing is hard and dries me out and I realized I do hold my breath at the top and bottom quite a bit. My message is that I can do hard things and I should keep with it to get where I need to go.

Although I needed to do the deep breathing with my nose most of the time, I had a very powerful experience which I will go right down. I had such a feeling in my throat that I had to speak out loud the message from my inner self, she had much to say and staying in my head was not enough. Speaking the words out loud to myself was a libertating experience. And the tightness in my throat is gone now that I have heard the message. So often I do not speak out loud when I need to in fear or embarrassment. I will remember this practice and how good it felt to say words out loud that needed to be spoken and heard and listened to. Thank you 🙏
