Beautiful soul!
I am Bella Luna and welcome to this guided meditation and visualization journey.
Before we begin,
Please make sure that you are in a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
It is not advisable to listen to this recording while driving or operating heavy machinery.
Ensure that you are a good temperature and that you have a glass of water or another drink nearby.
If you need to arrange any of these things,
Feel free to pause the recording now.
Let's begin by taking our attention to the breath,
Breathing in deeply through the nose,
Holding for a moment and then breathing out fully and completely through the mouth.
Breathing in,
Hold and breathe out.
Breathing in,
Hold and breathe out.
Breathing in,
Hold and breathe out.
Now relax.
To this breathing as we continue.
If it feels more natural,
You might want to start breathing out through the nose.
It's completely up to you.
Now I want you to imagine a door in front of you.
Build the image of this door up in your mind.
How big is this door?
What material is this door made from?
What does the door handle look like?
What does the surrounding wall look like?
Now you have built up this door in your mind.
I want you to reach out,
Turn the handle,
Step through the doorway and close the door behind you.
You now find yourself standing in a meadow near the edge of a cliff.
You look around the meadow and see dozens of different coloured unicorns grazing and frolicking around in the wildflowers.
There is one unicorn in particular that you are drawn to.
You approach this unicorn and begin to stroke it while introducing yourself.
The unicorn braids gently under your touch and lowers its head,
Inviting you to mount it.
You slowly climb up and the unicorn begins to gather speed.
Soon it is galloping towards the edge of the cliff.
As it reaches the cliff edge,
You begin soaring up into the air towards the endless sky.
As I count down to zero,
You will continue upwards through the sky.

See the feathery white clouds rushing past you.

The sunshine shoots rays of light that dapple between the clouds.

Each moment you are more and more relaxed.

More and more at peace.

Your mind is still and quiet.

It's so quiet now you can hear the gentle thud of your heart beating.

You are safe.
You are held.

You are blessed.
You are perfect.

You are free.

You are loved.

As you approach the top layer of the cloud,
You see a white iridescent building getting closer and closer.
Your unicorn lands on one of the uppermost clouds next to the building and you dismount,
Feeling the springy cloud beneath your feet.
You approach the building slowly,
Taking in its beauty and elegance.
The door opens in front of you and as you walk in,
It closes behind you.
You have now entered your own personal healing temple.
What does your temple look like?
Take a walk around.
Explore every wall,
Every corner,
The floor,
The ceiling.
Is it simple or ornate?
What materials make up your temple?
What colours can you see?
Are there any decorations that stand out?
In the centre of your temple,
There is a seating area.
You assess the different options available and then sit down.
Once seated,
You inhale a deep breath,
Taking in your surroundings and the feelings that your healing temple brings.
Allow this peace and tranquillity to wash over you.
Whilst you have been sat there,
The temple door has opened and one or more beings have entered your healing temple.
These are your healing guides.
These can be angels,
Animals,
Ancestors,
Loved ones that have passed over,
Fairies or any other beings.
They slowly approach you and take a seat nearby.
I will now leave you here with your healing guides for a moment to see if they have any messages,
Gifts or wisdom to bestow.
HALLOWED HELL It is now time to leave your healing temple.
Thank your guides.
Embrace them.
Know that this is not a goodbye,
As they are always with you,
And you can call upon them whenever you need healing.
Slowly walk back over to the door.
It opens for you,
Revealing your unicorn waiting patiently outside.
You mount your unicorn once more,
And before you know it,
You are descending through the cloud layers back towards the earth below.
When I reach zero,
You will have landed back on earth,
Back on the cliff edge.
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Zero.
You are now back on the cliff edge amongst the wildflowers and dismounting from your unicorn.
When you are ready,
Walk back over to your door,
Turn the handle,
Walk through the door,
And return to your body.
Now when you are ready,
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Rubbing the palms of your hands together,
Stamping your feet gently on the ground,
Slowly coming back into the body.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes,
Take a sip of water,
And bring your attention back into the room.
