
Guided Meditation To Unblock The Chakras

Her mission is to release you from your fear, guilt, shame, grief, lies, illusions, and attachments to free up your energy flow and allow for a more balanced, fulfilled, and energised life.
Transcript
Greetings beautiful soul,
I am Bella Luna and welcome to this guided meditation and visualization journey.
Before we begin,
Please make sure that you are in a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
It is not advisable to listen to this recording while driving or operating heavy machinery.
Ensure that you are at good temperature and that you have a glass of water or another drink nearby.
If you need to arrange any of these things,
Feel free to pause the recording now.
Let's begin by taking our attention to the breath,
Breathing in deeply through the nose,
Holding for a moment and then breathing out fully and completely through the mouth.
Breathing in,
Hold and breathe out.
Breathing in,
Hold and breathe out.
Breathing in,
Hold and breathe out.
Now relax into this breathing as we continue.
If it feels more natural,
You might want to start breathing out through the nose.
It's completely up to you.
Now I want you to imagine your spinal column as a river.
The water running from the ground through your legs,
Along your spinal column,
Through the crown of your head and flowing towards the heavens.
As we journey along this river,
We will take pit stops along the way at each of our chakras to clear any blockages and allow the water to flow freely.
Let's begin by imagining ourselves at a river bank.
The trees rustle in the breeze.
The fish splashing in the water.
In front of you,
There is a small jetty with a canoe and an oar.
You slowly walk down the bank of the river,
Along the wooden jetty and gently climb into your canoe.
You pick up the oar with your hands,
Feeling the smooth wood in your palms.
You set off down the river now,
Lightly caressing the water with your oar to propel you forward.
Listening to the sounds of nature surrounding you.
The gentle lapping of the water against the boat.
The sound of dragonflies skimming the top of the river.
And otters splashing near the river bank.
Shortly the river opens up into a circular spiralling pool.
This pool represents your root chakra,
Which deals with survival and grounding and is blocked by fear.
What are you most afraid of?
Let your fears become clear to you.
Invite them in.
Call them closer.
And surrender those fears to the water.
Letting them flow down the river to be washed away.
Cleansing you of all that you are frightened of.
As you release these fears,
The pool begins to spiral faster,
Pushing you gently on down the river.
A little further down,
You enter another spiralling pool in the river.
This pool represents the sacral chakra,
Which deals with pleasure and creativity and is blocked by guilt.
What do you feel guilty about?
What guilt burdens you?
What do you blame yourself for?
Look at all the guilt in your life that burdens you.
Accept this reality and that those things happened.
But they are in the past.
There is nothing you can do about them now.
Do not let these memories fill you with guilt any longer.
If you want to move on in your life,
Free from these burdens,
Release this guilt and forgive yourself.
With your inside voice,
Repeat after me.
I forgive myself.
I forgive myself.
I forgive myself.
As you say these words and release these burdens,
The pool begins to spiral faster,
Pushing you gently down the river.
A short while later,
You enter the next spiralling pool.
This time,
The pool signifies the solar plexus chakra,
Our willpower and confidence,
Blocked by shame.
What are you ashamed of?
What are your biggest disappointments in yourself?
Know that if you continue to deny this part of yourself,
You will never find true balance and happiness.
Now visualize these parts of yourself as a ball of sunshine yellow,
Just a hand stretch away.
Reach out to this ball,
Cupping it gently in your hands.
Now bring it towards your stomach and press it back into yourself,
Embracing these parts that you have been running from.
As you do this,
As you embrace these parts of yourself,
The pool begins to spiral faster,
Pushing you gently further down the river.
Shortly the river opens up again,
Revealing the next swirling pool.
This pool is the heart chakra,
Representing unconditional love and blocked by grief.
Now take a moment to lay all your grief out in front of you.
Who are you grieving for?
Just loved ones,
Friendships,
Old relationships.
And what are you grieving for?
Past times of your life,
Situations you will never get back,
Lost versions of yourself.
Lay all this grief out in front of you.
No doubt you have felt great losses in your life and undoubtedly you will feel more.
But know this,
Love is a form of energy,
Swirling around us all the time.
The love you have for these people and that they had for you has not left you or this world.
Instead it resides inside your heart and is reborn in the form of new love.
Allow this grief,
This pain,
To flow into the river and wash it all away.
Now replace it with new love by taking a moment to think about everything and everyone in your life in which you have deep love for.
With each in-breath,
Breathe in this love further,
Filling your heart space with endless and unlimited love.
And on the out-breath,
Breathe out this love to the world,
Sending it to where it is most needed.
Breathe in love and out love.
Breathe in love and out love.
Breathe in love and out love.
As you are breathing,
The pool begins to spiral faster,
Pushing you gently on down the river.
A little further down,
You head into another circling pool.
This one represents your throat chakra,
Dealing with the truth and blocked by lies.
What lies do you tell other people?
But perhaps more importantly,
What lies do you tell yourself?
You can only fool yourself for so long.
Eventually your lies will catch up to you,
In one form or another.
You cannot lie about your own true nature.
You must accept who you are.
With your inside voice,
Repeat after me.
I accept myself,
The light and the dark.
I accept myself,
The light and the dark.
I accept myself,
The light and the dark.
As you say these words,
Your acceptance becomes integrated and the pool begins to spiral faster,
Pushing you gently down the river.
A little while later,
You enter the next swirling pool.
This time the pool represents the third eye chakra,
Denoting insight and wisdom and blocked by illusion.
What illusions do you see in your own life?
What illusions do you see in the world around you?
One of the biggest illusions in human consciousness is that of separation,
When in fact everything is made up of energy,
Of atoms vibrating at different frequencies.
But they are all connected,
Forever intertwined.
We are all one and the same.
But many of us live as if we are different,
As if we are separate.
Take a moment now to open your mind and expand your consciousness.
Zoom out of yourself and above your own body.
Zoom out further so you can see the whole of your town below you.
Zoom out further still to reveal the outline of your country.
And further now to see the whole continent below.
And now we have zoomed out so far we can see the whole world in our sights.
Now with this new perspective we can see that we are all connected.
We are all one.
We are all part of this great planet.
Breathing the same air.
Staring at the same starry sky.
Walking the same water.
And walking on the same earth.
As you realise this further,
The pools start swirling faster,
Pushing you gently on down the river.
Shortly the river opens up once more,
Revealing the next swirling pool.
This pool is the crown chakra,
Representing cosmic energy and spirit.
It is blocked by attachment.
I invite you to take a moment to consider all that you are attached to in this world.
Your soul,
Relationships,
Possessions,
Beliefs.
Now take a deep breath in and let all of these attachments go.
Allowing them to flow down the river.
By learning to let your attachments go,
You free yourself up to let the pure divine energy from the universe flow through you.
Surrender yourself to the divine.
Now bring all these attachments to mind once more.
Breathe them in deeply and surrender them to the divine.
And on the out-breath,
Release them to the universe.
Breathe in and surrender to the divine.
And breathe out,
Releasing all attachment.
Breathe in and surrender.
Breathe out and release.
In surrender.
Out release.
In surrender.
Out release.
As you are breathing,
The pool begins to spiral faster,
Pushing you gently down the river.
Now you have unblocked each of your seven chakras.
The energy is free to flow through the entire system.
Connecting you to our great mother and father.
Now when you are ready,
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
Rubbing the palms of your hands together.
Slowly stamping your feet on the ground.
Slowly coming back into the body.
And when you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Bring your attention back into the room.
And take a sip of water.

Very lovely. It is possible that one might feel deep emotion during this meditation, connecting with stuck feelings. Having someone to chat with about what comes up may be helpful. But it was a lovely, affirming meditation.
