Two minute reset meditation.
Take a seat with your feet on the ground.
Close your eyes if you'd like to.
Otherwise soften the gaze downwards and relax the eyelids,
Perhaps focusing on a point on the ground in front of you.
Take a deep breath in,
Feeling the air flow into your body as you inhale.
Take a long breath out,
Noticing your body relaxing as you exhale.
Feel the cold air as it now rushes back in through your nostrils.
Feel the warmth of the out-breath as it passes back outwards.
Feel the air as it fills your chest.
Feel your diaphragm relax as you breathe out.
Breathe the air down into your belly.
Breathe out and feel your belly sink inwards.
Now feel your whole body as a field of awareness,
Of energy,
Warmth,
Aliveness from your head down your neck,
Out along your arms and into your fingers,
Down your back into your hips,
Down your legs past your knees and calves and into your feet.
Now feel the earth beneath your feet,
Feel the energy rooting you into the ground beneath you.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
And come back into this space you're in and carry on with your day.
