This practice uses breath awareness, body grounding, and simple reflection to help you pause, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with the part of you that is still here, still breathing, and still capable of moving forward. This track is for men navigating breakup grief, separation, divorce, co-parenting stress, emotional overwhelm, rumination, and the early stages of rebuilding life after a relationship ends.
