Imagine a wave of relaxation gently moving down from the top of your head,

Let this relaxation flow down to your neck,
Releasing any stress or tension you may be holding there.
Let it travel across your shoulders,
Down your arms,
And all the way to your fingertips.
As you breathe out,
Let go of any heaviness.
Feel this wave of calm moving through your chest,
Down into your belly,
Allowing your abdomen to soften and expand naturally with each breath.
Feel it travel down your legs,
Your knees,
All the way to the tips of your toes.
Imagine that every part of you is now completely relaxed.

Observe each inhale and each exhale without trying to change it.
Notice the natural rhythm and the rise and fall of your chest or abdomen.

Picture these details vividly.

And the feeling of being completely at ease.
In this safe space,
Feel yourself unwinding completely.
The calmness of this place begins to fill your mind and body,
Allowing you to release any lingering stress,
