For most of us, every day is like a race for life satisfaction and we often forget about our well-being. We hope that this meditation for sleep and relaxation will stop you for 10 min and you will allow yourself to voluntarily dive inside your home and your body will feel relaxed or you will fall asleep like a baby lulled to the warm, crystal sound of singing bowls and voice. Remember 10 min is enough to change your mind and body state for the better. So flow, flow on the white clouds. Please use headphones for better sound quality.

Hi.

Welcome.

Please find a comfortable position for your body,

For your mind,

For your soul.

Lie down.

Feel connection to anything your body is touching right now.

You feel safe.

You feel here and now.

Please shift attention to the breath.

And watch.

Watch it flow.

Watch and feel that your body can breathe itself.

But right here and now.

You can feel that.

You can become your own breath.

Can you deepen your breath?

Can you slow air your breath?

If yes,

Feel that you are slowing down your breath.

Deepen your breath.

Soften your face.

Soften your shoulders.

Soften your arms.

Your legs.

Your hips.

Take a deep breath in.

Maybe sigh out.

Softly.

Keep your eyes closed softly.

And I would like to take you on a deep journey.

Getting toward a dream.

A dream in a comfortable and rejuvenated sleep.

Can you imagine that you are lying on the wide,

Soft,

Warm cloud.

And you feel so good.

So comfortable.

And you allowing this moment to be as it is.

And then there is another cloud arriving.

And you are ready to change.

And you are falling down into another cloud.

And you are bouncing gently.

Raising and falling back.

And you allow this arbitrary movement happening itself.

And you are so subtly rising and falling into another cloud.

And another one.

And another one.

And you are here but you are not here.

Your body is getting more lighter and lighter and lighter.

You can even sense that you are falling into yourself.

Let's take together breath for one,

Two,

And three.

And let's take together breath out.

Three,

Two,

One.

Breathing in,

One,

Two,

Three.

Breathing out,

Three,

Two,

One.

Please continue that.

And you are not sure if it's you or somebody else is taking that breath.

You are here but you are more deeper into yourself.

Breathing in,

One,

Two,

Three.

Breath out,

Three,

Two,

One.

And you slowly fall asleep.

Just fall asleep.

And you fall deeper and deeper into yourself.

You are still here but you are not here.

You are still here but you are not here.

You fall slowly asleep.

You are sleeping now.

You are sleeping now.
