Hello and welcome to a guided meditation and sound healing for unconditional love.

Begin to make your way into a space of relaxation that could be lying down or in a seated posture.

Allow the breath to flow in and out through the nose if possible.

Feel the abdomen expand on the inhale and the whole body relax on that exhale.

Imagine that you are in a beautiful forest full of green plants.

All the flowers are blooming around you with vibrant colors.

This place is familiar to you and you know that this is a healing space.

Feel the sun gently kissing your face warming your body and the soft cool breeze that's following you and helping to guide you.

You begin to allow these two sun and the wind guide you to this space in the center of the field where you find a hill.

It's a small hill begin to climb it with ease and strength and at the top of the hill there is a perfect space for you to lie down to gaze up at the clouds in the sky.

Today the clouds are fluffy they seem to be making shapes just for you.

This brings a soft smile to your face and after you gaze up at these clouds for a while the warmth of the Sun starts to ease you feel more comfortable and you begin to close your eyes letting the sunlight begin to enter you to heal you.

You feel it first at your feet your toes your ankles it's a soft warmth it's a healing light.

It continues to move up through your ankles your shins your calves to your knees thighs your hips to the abdominal area and it continues to shine up to the ribs.

If you could see yourself from above you'd see this beautiful light surrounding you.

The light continues to move up through your chest your shoulders down through your arms your fingertips gently moving to your neck releasing the jaw softening the cheekbones coming all the way up to the crown of the head.

You feel that this light is healing light offering you unconditional love.

It brings to mind a time in your life that you received unconditional love from a family member friend or pet.

If you are having difficulty finding that you can imagine yourself giving somebody unconditional love and how that made you feel.

And as you look back at this memory you notice a soft pink light that surrounded you.

You can feel that light with you now.

You feel that love for all your talents and imperfections and you offer this unconditional love to yourself and honor this time for healing.

When you begin to take in the sound healing allowing you to get deeper into this space.

You you you you you you you you Now as the sound begins to fade you can still feel the vibrations of healing through the body.

Feel the light within you and surrounding you.

You thank yourself for this time of healing and restoration.

Begin to make soft movements to awaken yourself gently moving the head side to side.

Maybe making your way up to a seated posture after you move your fingers and toes.

When you get to the top of the mat you can bring your hands together if you'd like.

Gentle bow on the head.

May this practice sow seeds of loving kindness,

Compassion,

Gratitude,

Joy and equanimity that grow and blossom in your life.

The light in me honors the light in you.
