Breathe in deeply.
As you inhale,

Create space in the chest.

Begin to follow the breath to the smallest crack,
The smallest opening of your most tender feeling.
Choosing the bravest choice of following that opening into the deeper river of your feeling.
Rather than pushing away,
Sink in.
It is buried deep in the flesh.
No matter what feeling is here,
It is through presence.
It is through feeling that we come home to ourselves,
That we remember our truest essence.
Can you feel what is here to be felt?
No matter how lost we feel,
No matter where we are in this world.
This is how we come home.
Feeling is your superpower.
Only you can feel your feelings so perfectly.
Breathe deep,
Exhale fully.
And perhaps place a hand on a part of the body that is wanting that connection.
Breathe deep,
Let it go.
Feeling that connection and taking a moment to express gratitude or any essence you want to express to your body,
To this perfectly imperfect physical vessel.
Expressing our love,
Our gratitude,
Our awe for the way that it carries us through life,
For the way that it never abandons us,
