Felt Sense Meditation
Felt Sense is a gentle practice inspired by Eugene Gendlin's Focusing. Rather than trying to solve, analyze, or change our experience, we simply listen. Gendlin's work discovered something deceptively simple: the body knows things the conscious mind does not. When we meet our experience with gentle attention, something often shifts on its own, a subtle sense of release, opening, or movement. Not through excavation, but through presence. This practice trusts that life is always moving forward beneath the surface, that every feeling, no matter how stuck, carries within it the next small step toward wholeness. May this meditation offer a quiet place to listen to what has been waiting to be heard.
